It could just mean their DNA isn't in the system and they do not have enough evidence to subpoena their suspects to provide DNA.

It could definitely mean that, but since the LE interest in RL seems to have been rather strong, LE hasn't cleared RL publicly to date and the Carroll County's top cop Sheriff Tobe L personally escorted RL to both recent court appearances I'm thinking LE has more than an a passing interest in RL as to the murders, IMO.

And, you said that the murders were so heinous that the bodies could only be identified through an autopsy. That is simply not true.

Most respectfully, rocket, there is no requirement for me to name specific tools as it is my own opinion.

LE found their bodies on the 14th but did not identify them until the autopsy on the 15th was completed.

My personal opinion about the heads down on bridge is that it's 60 some odd ft up looking down seems like anyone would do it being as you can see between planks and the bridge has missing ones so I'd think ppl would look down to see where they are going. I'm curious to see if there is one missing or broken where BG takes that what seems to be strange step. Imo always

I said this as well a few threads back , the bridge was decaying hence why it's taken this crime to block it off and start to do work on it.

So he was probably watching his step especially as he was walking quite close to the edge.

The other reason may be he knew Libby was filming and he was ducking his head.

Thank you for stating the use of "tools" is your opinion.

The autopsies were SOP. They knew who the girls were before the autopsies. Caskets were open; faces were discernible.

I'm inclined to believe he had a vehicle parked under the south end of the bridge and abducted them there and then brought them back after the search that night via the cemetery parking at the rear. He could have listened to scanner traffic or even have been a volunteer searching, knowing when it would be safe to return. If an Amber alert had been called, he may well have decided to take them elsewhere . JMO.

It doesn't matter in this case. It's just feedback from facial recognition apps saying they can't recognize the face as being a face.

Right, that's what it means. I used the photo from ISP cropped and enlarged to just the head with three separate apps that normally aren't that persnickety with a lower resolution photo.

Moo is because things that are leaking out. Persons of interest. I feel that as long as bg isn't identified other people they might be involved are safe. And other people involved know that. That's why I feel bg is taking so long to be identified. If as long as he's not others involved are safe. Moo and other reasons.. These are only my opinions. It's a big secret and I'm sure LE is banging there heads on wall.. I think LE knows who are involved but without exact identification of bg they can't rattle the other possible 2 involved.. I do still feel that it will be solved but it's gonna take time ESPECIALLY if more than one is involved..usually in drug bust it's easy to find a rat bc they don't wanna get busted and will roll over on others, but this crime is far more worse than a drug bust so therefore to roll over on someone knowing they are involved as well means they will get busted too and with this crime bring so horrific they aren't going to voluntarily talk. Moo. But someone will slip..

RL was walking on his property, not on the bridge, when that video the photo came from was shot.

For me don't care where he was what time, cause we don't know or I don't when exactly to a t the while scenario w BG and the girls happened. I would think he would have heard something or dogs. Obvious to me there are dogs in the neighborhood via video of RL.dogs investigate strangers imo and can hear from far away. No I'm not sleuthing the dogs. I just think this, someone kept em from investigating. Imo always anyone feel free to poke this.

I think we can sleuth the dogs and horses too can't we? I believe innocent till proven guilty. And if someone gets off because too much has been said and they claim an unfair trial, we wouldn't want that to happen either so it's a fine line IMO.
