Hi bird! I distinctly recall reading about workers seen at front of mears property...around time I was searching online who lived there .. a grandson ... etc. Not the article you mentioned. But appreciate you trying. So long ago last Feb..March..maybe April... my sleuthing online has taken me out on many twisted tangents!

Is this the quote and article you're referring to?

"Mears’ grandson and his family will be moving into the home his grandfather lived in for more than 50 years, and he expressed concerns about safety and people parking there at all hours, Corson and McCain said." http://www.newsbug.info/monticello_...cle_9f53101a-199f-11e7-b5f4-a3a21ffea83d.html

ETA Oh, never mind.[emoji849] I shared the same article and quote that Birds of Paradise did. Don't mind me.

With respect, and for clarity, Spellbound does not have a post on April 7 in the media thread. Also, some members may not realize page #s are not helpful. My settings are set to load 75 posts at a time which lands Spellbounds post on Page 2 for me since I view latest posts first. However, for reference purposes the Post is # 186.

From the link:

Well I am on a mobile and do not see post numbers. I gave the date and the poster so it can always be found by going into the posters profile too. If it is in the media thread, that is all we really need to say tbh. The article does continue and say more lower down so I'll go and have another look. The point of my post was that people were hanging around, coming and going, all day and all night so up to no good imho and that's really why Mears closed it.
And now we have possible meth cooking in the cemetery it does seem to have been a bit of a dodgy hangout imo. That's why they have closed it until they can update it with trail cams and wifi and other safety stuff. AJMO.

Eta. I double checked and the posted date is definitely dated 7th April. The article is dated 4th April. Spellbound has posted a link too. Has everyone seen it now?

Really I am just touting the media thread as a great but underused resource - much thanks to the mods and liaisons.

If you could would you please post the link to the post or at least the post # ? My media thread only has 3 pages as my settings are set for 100 posts/ page.
TIA

ETA: to get a post link, click on the post # in the upper right corner and then copy /paste the url.

Much obliged
Sorry I can't post links from my mobile. Maybe someone else can? If its in the media thread why can't posters just look for it like I did? Its useful to review the posts anyway. I found it using google then looked at the date of the article and found it that way. .

Vague I remember, RL helped a woman who had problems with someone cooking meth on cemetery .... or similar.

In the article linked to below, Ron Logan gives a tour of his property to Fox and states that the terrain is rough, but also that nothing like this has ever happened on his 40 acres of land----

"I
can’t imagine how something like this would happen here because we have had nothing, nothing has happened here," said Logan."

http://fox59.com/2017/02/16/delphi-...very-of-missing-teens-bodies-on-his-property/

"I’m going to take you down here and show you everything on how they could have got here. You are going to be just as confused as I was as to how did these two little girls got here from the high bridge with all of this rough terrain without somebody making them come here," said Logan.

no I was talking about the two young victims of the trooper/ officer who was a sk, they were hitching and he picked them up and murdered them in another case. I do not believe Libby and Abby hitched a ride anywhere because of the way the crime went down and what is obvious to police on the recordings.
Thanks. I realised later after reading another poster's comments and said for you to ignore my questions but you obviously didn't see that.

Just to clarify, the cemetery is not RL's property but borders it. So his statement was true as it referred to his 40 acres only and not to the cemetery.

Has the article been found about the cemetery and meth though, because I have searched and can't find anything even remotely related to this.

Also, isn't that cemetery a family cemetery? Privately owned?

I was looking for the profile indicators Messa said he would be posting on social media.

Understood.
Special FBI Agent Gregory Massa has not presented the BG profile, to my knowledge. In fact, I don't think he is working the Delhi case any longer. He is certainly not the one I spoke with when tipping months ago.

Just now, I could not reach any FBI Offices that could inform me of who, in the FBI, is currently in charge of the Delphi murders but tomorrow is another day when I shall one last attempt, as suggested by the operator at the Lafayette Office.

I have a screenshot of a FB post that I don't think would be allowed here. The name was blacked out, but the last name is Logan, and I think it may have been a former wife? Describes this encounter and the woman who told RL about it.
It's possible the they have someone buried in the cemetery and his ex wife was probably visiting a grave. Not very nice to find meth heads cooking up near a loved ones grave. Very disrespectful.

The article has been found but is FB so cannot be posted as fact. Not sure about ownership of cemetery.

Where is the link to this, please? I have really looked and I can't even find it on Websleuths.

Is it an article or a comment? Because even if an article is posted on FB, the link to the article can be posted.

no link, Gracie. I have a screenshot, from Fox59's FB, but I don't know the date.

Read Spellbounds post. It cannot be posted on here. It does seem to prove the possibility of meth cooking in the area though imo. I wouldn't be able to read it anyway as I am not a FB member.

There is a website where you can look at all meth labs that have been found and cleaned up in Indiana. Delphi over the past decade had a total of about 8, and there is not one report for a lab even close to the address of that cemetery.

I think at some point, given all the baseless rumor on this case, if you can't find a solid source, you might need to consider the info. as unreliable. Unless Spellbound wants to clear up the confusion.

Here's the site where you can read the actual reports on meth labs not only discovered in Delphi, but in the state of Indiana:

I wish I had never heard of mobile pot meth cooking. I have been googling most of the day about it. How it is cooked and smoked, what it does to your face and teeth and life. I am now a reluctant expert on the subject .

Cooking meth is very dangerous, and the slightest wind could turn your project into an inferno. Someone cooking meth in an outdoor arena is probably not long for this world or freedom. It's felony stupid.

Gracie, with all due respect and I am treading into a topic I don't want to...Delphi PD has said they served search warrants related to the case and found meth labs in homes.

Some people feel it is a viable theory.

If you or others (or myself) don't, that's ok too. As the mods always remind us, it's not about being right.
