Someone help me out, I am confused on what Sheriff Fries is saying

snip
When quizzed about the location of the trash container where some of the body parts were found, Fries said they generally search a one-mile radius around where a child goes missing, and in this case it was a good thing they did.

They generally search a 1 mile radius and it was a good thing they did-why is it a good thing? They didn't find her remains until he told them where to look and the dumpster wasn't hauled away until Monday night after he confessed! Did they even look in the dumpster during the search on Saturday? Sorry to be graphic but were the body parts in clear bags? Did he walk to the dumpster or drive? Does he have a vehicle, I know Patty G. said she did not find a DL on record for him and I know people do drive without them, just wondering how he transported her remains to the dumpster. This is the gas station I told my hubby (when he was working on the hospital expansion, it is done now) to keep buying cigarettes at (cartons) because they have the lowest price around!

IMHO, the COD not being conclusive yet.

Doesn't mean anything other than all the tests haven't come back yet.

They certainly don't want to rule a COD and then a test comes back that shows something else to be COD. This isn't that unusual to be honest( we've seen it in other cases) and IMHO isn't indicative of anything other than they are waiting for all the autopsy test results before ruling. Just shows a good methodical ME IMHO.

It might take awhile. He dismembered her small enough to be reportedly put into "freezer bags". We already know he decapitated her as well as her hands, we don't know to what extent she was not only dismembered but how much effort he put into making her as small as possible in order to dispose of her. Sorry that' so graphic but it's a graphic crime.

JMHO.

I don't recall reading any where about "small enough to be put into "freezer bags"". Do we have something to back this up?

I believe AS is at least 40... and they, or at least she, had to have been in Pa feb to May 2011 according to her fb
and I believe the pics that are gone said he retired in Neb

Yes, I read this. It was said in an article somewhere. Maybe check the media thread.

Just realized if mp's confession of when he killed Ali is correct, then if would be one day after their wedding anniversary. Maybe even one hour. Not only will Christmas be a constant reminder, but also their wedding anniversary, if they stay married much longer. JMO.

:(

Add to that grandpa died 12/3. IIRC his funeral was 12/9. Aliahna didn't even make it until the 3 week mark after her grandfathers funeral, if LE's suspected date of death is 12/22. :( :sigh:

2010 - family in Iowa
Early 2011 - Mother worked in PA/assumed family lived in MD
Summer 2011 - Family moved to Indiana

Plumadore continued to tell detectives that on late Thursday night or early Friday morning, he dismembered Lemmon's body with a hacksaw and then placed the smaller pieces in freezer bags and disposed of most of them in a dumpster at a nearby business. Plumadore said he still had Lemmon's head, feet and hands in his freezer

IIRC He led them to the remains in his freezer. It hasn't been released publicly but I strongly suspect LE/Searchers found the remains in the dumpster Saturday which led to the sudden end to the search around 3pm Saturday afternoon.

What I suspect likely happened from there is LE told him they found the remains in the dumpster during interrogation and he knew he was "at the end of the hall" as another poster suggested upthread.

Is it verified that Tarah has been married 3 times?

Just curious.

Or there have been three fathers? or more? to different kids?
I guess she is married to current guy.
Then we had LM.
Before that Aliahna's dad...DM...

I think LM was the stepdad before this current one. As to marriages, that was in some of the MSM...but you never know.

It just goes to judgment, as far as I am concerned.

Do we know where the brick that he used came from? Was it used as a doorstop, and he picked it up ... or were there bricks in the yard, and he got one from there? His story leaves me wondering.

Even if she said she was going home, why would he hit her -- even once -- over that?

These poor kids. I wonder how many schools they've been pulled out of and how many friends they just started to make and then lost due to being uprooted.

I know in some cases families have no choice, for work, to move. But I have yet to find a reasonable explanation as to why this family moved so often. :(

intellius has a AS, has lived in New Haven IN, Centerville Ia, and Ft Wayne, Bellevue Neb....and I am not going further than that as I think that predates TS

at some point AS and TS must have lived with PP on Woodmere, as they all show the same addy ( which is about 12 miles south of trailer)

THAT is why I wondered WHY they moved to that darn trailer park, if they had a 'better' roof over their heads..strange

thses cities come up for TS-with last names S, M,& L
Hagerstown, MD
Centerville, IA
New Haven, IN
Waynesboro, PA
Seymour IA
Middleburg FL
Exline IA
Ft Wayne

I don't think they found them then because they never took the dumpster at the store where he bought the cigars till Monday evening.

I don't think so, in an article I read said that police were seen at the dumpster Monday about 9pm and 25 minutes later had the dumpster removed on a flat bed. From what I gathered from the article, MP was being interviewed and as he was giving info, other agents were out in the field following up on it. I will look for the article.

I am trying to understand why that is. This is not a military family. I don't understand at all. I really hope more information comes out about all of this because the remaining children need to be protected. :furious:

Thank you. Then if he married Aliahna's mom in 2009 and was retired in 2008 it would not account for any state to state moves after he retired. Presuming they were a couple but not married in 2008.

They were in IA in 2010?
IN in 2011.

Can't recall when they were in MD. Was it after step dad retired?

tia

I am getting confused. I believe PA/MD was within the past year so that would be after retirement. We almost need a chart or something but I am not very good at making them.

I know she is married to the current husband. Just wasn't sure if this was her first marriage or ?? As we all know, anyone can have a number of children from various fathers without marrying any of them.

Not that the number of her marriages matters, just trying to sort out fact from fiction and keep speculation from morphing into fact. (in general).

Thanks. I was wondering about the service retirement thing because I have known a few people that hurt their backs or knees or whatever in the service and claim disability to get out, then get on SS, and say they retired. Not saying AS did, but I will say it crossed my mind.

Hi Doc. :seeya: I was wondering if they pulled video before they went back or talked to employees about his visit~a 6 am cigar run might stand out.
