Okay this is driving me insane. I saved the image of the court document where they're listed on my computer but I have NO idea where it came from(it looks like a scanned copy of a physical document issued by the Marion County Superior Court) so I won't bother posting it here for that reason. It has a lengthy list of witnesses whose names have been mentioned in a number of news sources along with some people I've never seen mentioned before... 13 different people.

Now you have me curious. You wondered a few days ago about posting a link from a reporter's twitter account; could it have been in there?

Yeah possibly! I went back and looked through some of the feeds for reporters I follow, but couldn't find anything there. I know some of the Fox59 reporters have been really prolific with sharing documents/details, especially Russ McQuaid (the reporter that did that expose on the photo evidence). It also looks like you can get actual court documents from the MyCase portal if you're any attorney--so I wouldn't be shocked if the local news stations just had one of their own attorneys log in to download it for them if that's where it's from--aside from the list of NCO people, it's a pretty mundane document--still really strange that none of the NCOs can be found in the public database for that--you can see on the case summary pages on MyCase that they were granted for both AR's and RL's cases.

RL applied for bail reduction yesterday:

09/21/2022Motion for Hearing Filed
Motion for BR
Filed By:
LYONS, ROBERT
File Stamp:

(from MyCase)

Still nothing for AR or RL in the protection order lookup tool :/

Bail reduction? Isn't he clearly a flight risk?
I could see him getting it reduced given how many other defendants have had theirs lowered in recent years, regardless of him being a flight risk in the past.

One thing that jumps out at me is that he has 2 separate public defenders assigned to him--is that normal? AR only has one.

Looks like Amber has also filed for bond/bail reduction... and to have her no contact orders vacated:

No idea what the appeal is for. Both he and AR are still being held right now, neither has posted bail.

Only thing I can think of for his appeal - is the bond hearing he had. His bond ws reduced plus home detention & GPS tracker. Nothing else comes to mind! :)

Oh wow. I never got notifications that this thread had recent activity but happened to check it and see they have finally been arrested for at least something pertaining to Amiah at least! Great news!

i was in the same position until a couple of weeks ago. Couldn't believe my eyes. Onwards at last for something, we will find out soon.
I wondered where you were as hadn't seen you post. Hope you get future notifications so you don't get left behind.

Noticed this showing up for Amber on MyCase:

Initial Discovery 10.20.22.pdf

Does anyone know what that means in legalese?

Edit: RL has 2 of these showing up for him. Both also from 10/20 (and in his case, posted same day)

Also reminder that these 2 have a pretrial conference coming this week on 11/2!

It just means that evidence that will be presented in the trial has been formally filed so both sides know what's going to happen. It can include things like witness lists, depositions, submitting (or subpoenaing) certain documents, etc.
