Amber Berbiglia worked as a waitress so she could have been targeted by a stalker tourist. Amber's murder is still unsolved after 2 years. Seems like there are allot of similarities with Hannah's murder:

• Amber was left out in the open fully clothed.

• "She was hit with something in the head twice where she had a fractured skull twice,"

• "The man made me have her wear a long sleeve dress to cover up the bruises and the cuts on her arms. There was a fight. She put up a good fight they said."

• Her phone was chirping with email and missed call alerts just a few inches from her fingertips.

Perhaps he was posing as an Abby Frisch online (I think it is called "catfishing") and made her acquaintance? Then posed as a mutual friend to pick her up?

(Local here) Re: Crystal Grubb - rumors on the newspaper comments section said they are pretty sure they know who the perp is (a friend who she was hanging out with) but do not have enough evidence to press charges. Things kind of got quiet after that. The Lauren Spierer case is still very visible with signs on restaurant doors, etc.

I also live approx 10 minutes away from where the body was found in Brown County. I travel through that area about once a month. Just sad.

Looks like Tuesday is trivia night at Overtime. Amber was murdered on a Friday in broad daylight. Was missed when she didn't show up for 4PM shift. This is a long shot because of the great distance from Indiana but the similarities are just eerie. The 2 year anniversary of Amber's murder is this weekend and she needs justice.

So glad Hannah Wilson's murderer has been found. Daniel Messel is a very dangerous and evil man. 49 years old - has he done this before and if so, for how long?

I'm recalling the Harley Davidson event in Brown County for Lauren. Her parents were there and her uncle rode. It was well attended. The riders rode through the hills and hollers, stopping on their way to raise awareness about Lauren. This did not take place in any other area.

Here's what I found about whether they searched Lake Lemon for Lauren. I take it that the search was on foot and not in the water:

The Bloomington Police Department and family and friends of missing woman Lauren Spierer are searching Lake Griffy, Lake Lemon and Lake Monroe today.


And FWIW I can't help thinking about one of the psychics describing a scene that matches the photos of where Hannah was found. I remember because on my drives alone searching for her, I was looking for that type of location.
