A local reporter is live tweeting Kendra Tooley's pre-trial conference. Looks like she is accepting a plea agreement. Not sure if links are allowed since it's not an official news source but as soon as they write something up, I'll post an official source.

ETA: Looks like News 14 is tweeting too: https://twitter.com/14News. According to their feed, she's pleading guilty and will receive 25 years in prison and will have to register as a sex offender when she is released.

According to Prosecutor Travis Clowers, Tooley pleaded guilty to rape and two counts of criminal confinement.

She will be sentenced to 25 years in prison as part of the deal: 16 years in prison for the rape charge and 4.5 years for each count of criminal confinement.

We're told the sentences will run consecutively and she will likely be in her 60's when she gets out of prison. She will then have to register as a sex offender.

I looked up Joelle's Facebook page today and she seems happy. I really hope that she's getting therapy and help and that she will be able to heal. This situation was absolutely horrifying and I cannot imagine how she felt and how she feels today. I'm just glad that she was able to get the justice she deserves.

I just saw on my fb feed that she pleaded guilty. Hope Joelle is getting her life together and can now move forward from this horrendous ordeal.
