This interview is "old news" (dated Aug. 19), but it had some tidbits of info in it that were new to me...it's an interview NG did with Todd Scales (Kristy's father) and the local sheriff.

I listened to the whole thing, but for me, it is at about the "6.00" time mark that NG asks the sheriff who was still in the VFW after-hours (he says cleaning person) and NG then asks how long after Kristy had supposedly left that the cleaning person was still there, in regard to IF Kristy did come back to retrieve her cellphone...it is just nothing I had heard before coming from the sheriff, so I was interested to hear that...also a few tidbits on this link about the time sequence and travel to home and cellphone reflections.

No! I did NOT...but I have a sick puppy on my hands today...going back now to listen to it because that is really significant! TY!

WSERS, PLEASE HELP THE HELPLESS: My iPad is being the biggest pain today...in regard to the two bartenders, can someone please give me an approximate "time mark"? TIA!

I find it interesting that when the NG interview took place they were still trying to recover texts etc. From her phone! Seems like some computer guru could have done that in 5 minutes. How much security can you have on one phone? Mine has a 4 digit code & I feel like anyone could figure it out : )

Yeah, that is what makes me feel as though they could be missing a LOT if she deleted things or used an app that requires a password to get in. I don't think they have the technical know-how to get into her accounts easily. Maybe they have called someone in to do so but I'm not so sure.

Maybe they were trying to get phone records, also to see if her phone pinged some where else outside of the VFW area, or whatever tower serves that general area ...from the time she supposedly left there and phone being found there whenever, like if it took a ride & some how returned there

Does anyone remember where the info came from that that couple left to go to SSbar, and KK needed to use restroom and then would catch up...and the bartender was gonna meet up there with the couple too, with KK??....
was that MSM, or something off FB search page? Where did that tale originate, so much stuff I honestly can't pull it up...

This is what I have been thinking all along as well considering this interview was early on! I think there was a manager (male, I think!), bartender (definitely female), and cleaning person (definitely male)!

And OT----Think (cubed)....you CRACK me up!! Hope your pup feels better soon!

so the cleaning "person" was there another 2 HOURS after closing. If KK had gone back for the phone there was indeed someone there who could have let her in. There is no surveillance video on site. Just the alarm they set when they leave. Again the timing of the alarm setting would be good to inspect.
A question--If KK made it down that one way street heading west when leaving as seen on camera and circled around on the other one way street heading east to go back to the VWF would she have been seen on the 2 previous cameras that caught her on the way home?
can some one bring forward the map of boonville showing her route and the location of the restaurant/church that caught the video footage?

Also, it kinda changes my theory a little bit about Kristy going back for the phone and finding no one there and something happening at the parking lot. It doesn't mean something didn't but I'd like to know more about that timeframe. I wish LE would give us SOMETHING to go on....we can only go in circles without these little tidbits of information.

ETA: WHERE are the news conferences we see in other cases? Isn't this completely unusual to not hear anything from LE except in interviews on television??

Can you be a verified Alarm Specialist? LOL. I think it's safe to share your expertise here....unless I'm wrong. Which is often the case. What are you thinking about the alarm?

And, what do you think about no word from LE?

ETA: I can't find ANYTHING about whether or not there even is an alarm. Surely they have one though.....right?!

Uh, have you learned nothing about the techno nightmare that I am? :iamashamed: I can hardly set my alarm clock correctly!

But never mind about me...I am starting to think about some other avenues with Kristy, from what you guys are saying...hmmmmm....

Yes, I agree with a previous poster that they should all talk to the police, first and foremost. But here is the deal: if they are "cleared" as much as reasonably can be done by LE, unless LE has a problem with it, they are free to talk to media and share anything that can help others bring forth more info in this case...and if they are NOT cleared, trust me, LE wants to hear them talking every chance they get.
