Okay, my meter on Tony Gatto just went up a few notches. But I still want some confirmation.

He must have some really powerful inside info to find that alledged witness for this interview. I really don't picture this girl saying... "hey you know what? I am gonna call up Tony Gatto and see if I can tell him my story."

Sooo....LS would go out the door and be on the sidewalk! So MB saying he saw her leave could be totally accurate. He did see her leave. So according to their original reports, it could be possible that both MB and JR saw her "leave". I really think MB thought she was going right to JR's but she didn't go there right away.

He was interviewed by a few outlets, seemed like he may have been seeking out the limelight, but nothing seems amiss with his comments and I doubt he's the only guy in the area with darker skin.

Totally agree. I don't understand why they won't simply confirm who was on the video with LS. What could that possibly hurt?

LE could have many witnesses claiming they saw this or that, and then LE has to sort through all of it to see if any of it makes sense.
In high profile cases especially, there could be many witnesses that make various claims, obviously not all of these claims are going to turn out to be accurate.

Yes, exactly. Their doors literally open to the sidewalk on 11th. Their doors are very close together. I completely understand why MB felt it was okay for LS to go to JRs...it's feet from his place.

Maybe someone slipped both LS and CR a sedative-hypnotic type drug like Rohypnol (date-rape drug). CR passed out and remembers nothing for the night if we are to believe him. (I realize it could be because he was hit.)Then, Lauren is seen completely smashed and stumbling around according this new witness. It may be a stretch but who knows.

Yes, that could be possible. But JR claimed to have seen her. I still cant come to a reason why he would say that if she wasnt there and had nothing to do with her disapperance.

hi everyone
I previously posted my opinion on the truck and I wanted to re-post in case someone had feedback or could get ideas.

I believe the truck is a 2006 Chevy Silverado based on the following characteristics:
* wheels
*grille
* wheel well trim

I know it's not before 2005 because of the grille shape/headlights
I know it's not a Ford because of the wheel well shape and the wheels are GM wheels (they can't go onto a Ford)

I don't think it's a Dodge because of the wheels.

I also have no idea what color this is- white or silver. I am guessing white

JR could have said that Lauren just poked her head in and said "hi" and left...but he didn't, he made it sound like she was there, made a phone call at 4:15AM and he watched her leave sometime after that...

Why say all that if it did not happen? Makes no sense...

I think maybe. Stranger things have happened. It's possible she didn't think she was "that drunk". I remember times when I was in college thinking I wasn't that inebriated, yet I very much was. Some people are drunk and determined, all while not thinking logically...very dangerous.

I think it's possible that somewhere along the way she realizes she had forgot her phone/shoes or had lost her keys. Maybe after leaving MB's she attempts to look for them. She would have to have headed East on 11th and down college st. to avoid any cameras, maybe this is where she runs into this guy?

OR Perhaps this guy IS JR. (He is taller and darker complected/dark hair, defined facial structure, IMO) Maybe she did go right to JR's and they left his apt. for whatever reason. Maybe he was attempting to walk her home and she realizes half way that she forgot her phone at his place. They walk back to JR's place, don't find the phone. She doesn't even remember taking it to Kilroy's so she calls DR and wants to ask if he knew where her phone was or maybe she thought he had taken it with him when he left?? By this time JR is tired, tries to convince her to stay, she is insistent upon going home and against his better judgement he lets her leave. She rounds the corner and poof!

...alternate ending....maybe after they got back to JR's she passed out or something from "banging her head" and he panicked.

...alternate ending....maybe as LS was saying goodbye to JR, white truck drives by on 11th St. Truck sees LS and goes around the block again, blows thru the stop sign on 10th & Morton as he's trying not to "lose her". Turns again on 11th, and again onto College St. where he spots Lauren....and poof!
