It may have been a tactical manuever by LE - like they didn't want to tip off whoever that person was that they knew about him/suspected him.

I'd think LE would be more interested in finding that person. Like they were with the white truck.

I don't believe this to be the case at all.
If they know who the man is, and he checked out, and the sighting was real, why isn't it in the timeline?

search effort does continue, commitment by LE and other groups continue
numbers: under 50 yesterday, and today 30 @ 8:00 am, but increases during t day

Spoken to someone who saw her; reviewed that video extensively

no one in video that is not known to investigators

Talking about alleged sighting at 10th and College...were still investigating...have spoken with someone who said they saw her...have reviewed video extensively...mystery man? Time discrepency...have established that our timeline is consistent with what we previously listed...no one depicted in that video who is NOT ALREADY known to investigators...

Still investigating...pretty extensive list of indiv. of secondary tier, interviews basically completed...

They have reviewed the video at 10th and College.....They have established that the timeline they have previously released is still accurate. They also say that there is no one in that video who was not already known by LE. Therefore, there is a dark-skinned person who may be considered a POI. His comments point to what I said before - that the witness probably had the time wrong.

In summary...despite less PC's, very much on-going situation, continue to review evidence, reach out to individuals, no shortage of resources being utilized...

we reviewed video, timeline we have been using, she does appear in t video w/someone known to us..

Cannot hear questions...

Video evidence we have access to does not support timeline reported on and does not portray a "mystery person" unknown to police...she does appear with someone already known to us...we do not find any evidence of the timeline, essentially an hour later, that supports that...
