No it hasn't been decided but hearing is being rescheduled to continue discussions, no date scheduled yet though, is how I interpret it. It doesn't look like AS was there, just the prosecuting attorney.

If MJS had anything to do with LG & AW’s murders, I’d like to think that AS would have had her suspicions & possibly discussed that with LE by now. So, who is MJS connected to that resembles the sketch from April??? What make/model of car was MJS driving at the time of the girls’ murders?? Does MJS pizza place deliver???

Just an update: He had a pre trial hearing on 10/16/2019. And he has a jury trial slated to start 11/18/2019. (3 sessions are on the docket)

The photo of BG here on the cabinet doesn't look to me to be like the same angle as what LE released in the still photo or in the video. I believe it is the BG still photo, yes, but the angle of him looks off. Like it's more to our left than the still released by LE. Anyone else or am I just not seeing it correctly? IMO.

As far as the photo to the left of BG, I don't think it looks like a car or the sketch. IMO.

Same here. I have hard time believing no contact is really happening. And then even if it is, I worry she is being blamed for the situation. It is so unfair and abusive

Ok I have checked out his prior felonies and this is the situation-

His marijuana felony was pleaded down to only a Class A misdemeanour so no DNA would have been taken at the time of conviction.

His meth dealing felony was pleaded down to a Class D felony so not sure if DNA would have been taken at the time of conviction. Below is an excerpt from MyCase regarding defence depositions.

I don't think DNA was taken on conviction for Class D felonies in 2011 but still checking.

Both of these were in Clinton County.

Class D felony convictions can be converted to Class A misdemeanours by application to the court. This would have been open to him to do that from February 2020 IMO. Link below.

And RSD, the RSO guy whose house they found him at when he was arrested. Are depositions for good character perhaps? As it went to court I would imagine they were defence witnesses then.
