I’m guessing this means exactly what it says…that he was in court yesterday because he violated his parole. Any consequences for that I wonder.

I don't know where the violation came from. I'm guessing the hearing yesterday stemmed from this:

08/12/2021 = Order Denying Motion to Modify Sentence

He got such a sweet deal (IMO) on his F1 charge; too bad he couldn't stay on track.

So from this information he essentially was arrested and taken into custody yesterday for violating parole. Good!
He definitely got a sweet deal in general. Pretty pathetic but nothing surprises me anymore in the Indiana justice system.

I don't think the warrant has been served yet. Usually courts note when that happens.

Maybe I’m just seeing all this wrong, but it seems like this case never ends. It’s hearing after hearing after hearing.
He gets a slap on the wrist for the original charge.
He violates his parole.
An order to revoke his parole.
Was he ever put in jail?
motion after motion filed…
So his punishment for violating parole is a motion to reduce his bond.
I’m either very confused or this is very wrong.

I think you're mostly right.
He violated his probation twice; the hearing for that is Jan 14.
It looks like he was in jail a couple of weeks before he put up his $10,000 bond when he was charged.
From what I see, he used that up paying attorney fees. So now he has to bond out again. Hence the reduction hearing late this month.

Actually his mother bailed him out....

So - he is back in jail? Is his bond $10K again? I know there was that warrant out for his arrest - any date on re-arrest? TIA!

Vine shows he's in Carroll Co jail. I don't know about any changes in the bond amount.
The arrest: I assume they took him into custody when they served the warrant.

IMO it's really a good thing when a court live streams its cases because you know what's going on. This one leaves a lot guesswork. The fact that prosecution and the judge agreed to drop the molestation charges with prejudice leads me to wonder if he was really guilty of the charges.
