Niner, I don't know what's going on with these cases. Maybe they are just a little slow in posting the Order Granting Motion for Continuance for the Invasion case? All the other dates coincide with each other.

Yeah - I hate court site that don't give "plain" explanations... So I will change my notes to granting motion for continuance for both Carroll cases. Thanks! :)

As of today, they have not posted the order that grants the motion for continuance.

Blame Google if this is total nonsense :) I have not one iota of legal expertise.

A continuance is a grant of additional preparation time before or during a trial. Either the prosecution or the defense can request a continuance, and sometimes even the court can order a continuance of its own accord.

Elsewhere I read 'good cause' for a continuance would be if his attorney is unavailable due to death or he is seeking new council and that attorney would need more time.

VINElink shows he's still in Newton County jail.

Ok, I think the reason they left things hanging was because the clerk made a mistake and had to fix it. The Motion for Continuance was not granted on 3/10 as recorded; it was granted on Monday. The invasion of privacy charge now has the same dates as this one (bolded).

Here's the updated one:

Anything on Newton County #56D01-1904-MR-000367 - that's Nicole's murder charge.

and....
on Tippercanoe County #79D05-1902-F6-000263? That's theft charge

He's got TOO many charges against him.....

Here's some fresh baked cookies while you look those up!
