To be honest, I think they should have to suffer first.

With all due respect, do you think someone who could look into a baby's face, beat and rape her as she cries, then murder her, has the ability to care and suffer?

BBM: If you even THOUGHT you saw a "foot dangling", why of WHY wouldn't you check on the baby? :gaah:

Well I guess if you were too drunk to give a rat's butt, it's okay to just go back to sleep. Either this guy is lying and he never saw that to begin with and just added it after KP was arrested, or he genuinely did not care enough to get up, check if that baby was still in her bed and/or call 911. Because, you know, whisky & tv & having a good ole time at 2am.

I don't think I've ever been as angry following a case as I am right now. :furious:

I stopped posting after Shaylyn was found, mainly because it was starting to look like Kyle acted alone and well, I had nothing nice to say about the family even if that was the case. IMO it makes more sense that this was yet another "family friend murders child" incident than some sort of family conspiracy. I was waiting for the formal charges to be announced. Ugh, maybe not too surprising but so ugly nevertheless. :(

Having said that, after reading the following I don't think I can muster up the expected sympathy for the family - or at least some of the family members:

Adam Ammerman told police that he saw Kyle Parker leaving the house between 3:00 and 4:00 am. Adam saw that Parker was carrying something. Adam told investigators he yelled to say good-bye to Parker, but Parker would not turn around. Adam said he thought he saw a foot dangling from Parker's side but wasn't sure. He went back to bed at that point.

Adam Ammerman also told police that his mother walked into the house one day and found Kyle Parker sitting in a rocking chair drunk, holding Shaylyn in his lap. He told police Kyle liked to watch pornographic movies which featured people being spanked. Police interviewed some of Kyle Parker's other friends, who said he liked pornographic videos with sadistic and masochistic themes, and that Kyle Parker was attracted to younger girls 12 to 14 years old, something Parker denied when he was being questioned by police later.

RIP little Shaylyn. :rose:

So he saw Parker carrying 'something' that had a foot, and he didn't go check on the sleeping baby at that point?

BREAKING: Kyle Parker charged with rape, child molesting, murder in the death of 1-year-old Shaylyn Ammerman. Story soon @indystar

I can't say I'm shocked, but after reading the newest interview that referenced tamera saying at least Shaylyn was found with her clothes on, I guess I felt relieved that rape was not going to be a part of this case, but I guess believing anything any of them says made me wrong!
So so sad for Shaylyn. Tameras statement, though, makes me feel like Kyle was NOT the only one involved even more than I did prior to this news. She's wanting everyone to think that because she says Shaylyn was found with her clothes on, there's nothing to be concerned about, move on, nothing to see here, IMO. That poor poor little baby :(

I bet dear Shaylyn was targeted. Pedofile's often find their victims with a family or caretaker that's neglectful of their child's safety. They look for these opportunities.
I hope he hasn't abused others.

A couple things that really bother me still....

1--Shaylyn's mother making the statement that she can tell when Justin is lying and thought he was right out of the gate
2--The uncle seeing a foot, and just going back to sleep. (if this is true, Adam will have to deal with that guilt for the rest of his life and I feel for him, if he had nothing to do with this)
3--The fight the neighbors heard at 3am ish, just so happens to be in the time frame that KP left the house with Shaylyn

This case is so terrible, it makes me shudder.

Let him into general population at a prison, where even criminals don't like child molesters/killers, and he will most definitely begin to care about his own suffering.

Seems to me Stepfather knows much about his Stepson. No blame just saying he may have had some prior red flags. Given he knew right away what he had done. I'm glad the Stepfather did the right thing.

This is what I've been wondering. I hope they are investigating other children he's been around.

Before it was removed, there were pics of him on his FB with a relative's toddler. We all know what kind of questions are going through those folks mind right now.

I cannot image the shock and horror KPs family is feeling right now. Particularly any with small children/=.

I honestly don't know. I assume people like that are selfish, so are able to suffer, but I have no idea.

Care, no. Suffer? Oh most definitely.

Yep. I'm livid. She could and should be alive right now!

Is/was there a presser at 1:00 pm or not?

There was no Presser it was a Court Hearing. Charges were read etc. If u go back a few pages reporters tweeted from the Courtroom.
