Just my observation, but lastnight on NG, I watched RC making some faces when NG mentioned the visitors.By his face you would have thought that was a lie.But then his mom said there WERE visitors there that evening. His reactions are just, how do I say it.."odd" to say the least.
I caught the facial expressions too and thought they were weird, to say the least. I understand not being experienced with being on camera, but my goodness, anyone knows better than to act like that !

Yes he was doing alot of eye rolling.I did like Marc Klass" remarks to him by the way.:D
I did too, and I could have sworn Ron had the look of anger after MK spoke. Maybe I misinterpreted, but I don't think Ron liked the questioning about his new wife's inconsistencies.

I think that Mark was talking FBI guys, best in the business. I think they need some Orlando LE up there.

Oh, I do too. :) I just assume they are working together, since Mark said that about the best minds to explain why he trusted that the concern about Misty's statements was justified.

And let's not forget the the A-HA moment on RC's face when Nancy G (or was it a caller) stated that MC may have used the furthest bathroom so that the kids would not wake up due to a toilet flushing.

Whether the master bathroom or the one across the living room, Misty has contended she never used the bathroom at all once she saw the light on in the kitchen.

I am a smoker and sometimes if i wake up in the middle of the night I'll go all the way downstairs to the bathroom off the mudroom to go pee and sneak a cig because I don't unlock the doors and go outside in the middle of the night. So maybe she was planning on having a cig & using bathroom, who knows?

Ok, you can color me confused. Here's the Nancy Grace exclusive transcript. About who was in the home that evening

GRACE: Let`s go to the source and find out. To Marlaina Schiavo, joining us from Satsuma.

Marlaina, who was in the home that evening?

SCHIAVO: Misty was in the home with the two children that evening, Nancy.

GRACE: Had there been visitors prior to that?

SCHIAVO: She had a cousin visiting from out of town earlier. And so he was in the home at some point, but we`re still trying to figure out exactly how that`s all pieced together, Nancy.

GRACE: To Teresa Neves, Haleigh`s grandmother. Miss Neves, are you aware of anyone else in the home that evening? I don`t mean when they all go to bed, I mean earlier that evening.

NEVES: I heard there was a repairman there. My mother was actually over.

GRACE: I`m sorry, I couldn`t hear you. There was a repairman there. The cousin was there who police have investigated.

NEVES: Yes, ma`am.

GRACE: Who else?

NEVES: My mother came by that night.

GRACE: For what reason?

CUMMINGS: My cousin went in there.

NEVES: She brought some clean clothes over.

GRACE: OK.

Is there a mistake on the transcript. Does Ron refer to Misty's cousin or does he really say his own cousin was there. When? Who? This is the first I've heard of Ron's cousin at all. Did she come with Grandma Sykes? Sykes said at some point that "we" pulled up at Ronald's trailer. Also, Misty's brother and his children are not mentioned at all. Why have they dropped under the radar?

If you go and listen to the audio he says - no cousin was not there. He is correcting NG. I do not know how but people are saying TN said the cousin was there but if you listen to audio and transcript TN never says the cousin was there.

VELEZ-MITCHELL: Don Clark, you were familiar with that case. What do you make of it?

CLARK: I`ll tell you what. He makes a good point there. I mean, in particular, you saw the same thing with Susan Smith back in those days and the same type of activities there. So it is something to think about.

But, you know, Jane, I really do think that at some point that the police may -- might have to look at some obstruction of justice charges here, because she is telling stories that leads one direction, telling stories that leads another direction, and they`re all inconsistent with each other. And I really do think that that can be listed as obstruction, and maybe they`ll move forward after that charge.

I don't even think Misty would be afraid of Obstruction charges. She just seems to be a tough gal and not afraid of much. Too tough for her young age and that is sad.

Speaking to TN ... NG said 'ac guy' ... 'the cousin' was there .... TN says "yes". She may have misspoken. Things move fast and she was ON camera. Ronald does say he wasn't there.

Did you see my earlier post? About 4 or five up? It's from the police transcript. The cop who wrote it said Haleigh told him she got up to GET A DRINK......nothing said about going to the bathroom.

I was 16 when I got pregnant I had my daughter 3 days after my 17 birthday. I had no family and growup in foster home. I raise my daughter on my own and I sometime work up to three jobs.
Not all us have the perfect family. My oldest daughter is a wonderful women with morals and class. I don't think I will be judging crystal on her life style.
Also on the police report there were few statement that were not correct. I think that Crystal like 23 or 24 according to her space page. Has I said on another post I am sure that Crystal is having alot regrets about the pass. I hope with Halieghbug and the PI that we find Haliegh and than they can fight the custody battle. JMO
Please do not take my post the wrong way. I was not judging CS, but RC. IMO, he has NO business being with a teenager. I was also going on the police report of CS being 14 at the time of birth. I am sure your daughter is a beautiful young lady. I also pray that CS regains custody of her little boy, and that Haleigh will be found safe.

We've already been over this in the case, that Ron and Misty's ages have nothing to do with the fact that Haleigh is missing so it is irrelevant to the case. I don't agree with it either, however it's not helpful or relevant to Haleigh being missing.

Yeah, I remember that, too. But it still becomes irrelevant since she didn't get her drink, either after she saw the light on.

During the 911 call, Misty sounds quite upset, however when the 911 operator asks about the numerical, Misty tone of voice changes so drastically from frantic to completely normal, then back to frantic again. Completely inconsistent emotional response.

I noticed that too. She just stopped being all hysterical..and said.."What?" or was it, "huh?" Anyway, whatever the case may be...she just turned off her hysterical crying switch.

WOW! She must have a very, very large bladder. JK
Really though, she must have not had to go very badly. So, she had to go so bad that it woke her up, but once she woke up and found Haleigh missing, the feeling left her? Nahhh...I don't buy that. I do not believe her bathroom story...or even her glass of water story...or that Haleigh was sleeping on a small mattress three feet away story.

I'll give her the immediate "other things" excuse, but it sure does beg the question of when did she take time to go. She hasn't had any children, so maybe that urgent need-to-go wasn't there and she was able to go once she was off the phone and waiting for the police to arrive.

This might be way too much information, but when I was 17, I never woke up in the middle of the night to go to the bathroom. I did, after I got older and had kids. Maybe she drank one too many beers that night. IMO

sorry to disagree with you but IMO Misty's/Ron's age DOES have something to do with the case of this missing child. Everything in, around, beside, nearby, under...etc has to do with this child. Their ages, Misty underage, friends/associates who may do/sell drugs, child *advertiser censored*, theft, petty criminals, people in neighborhood, all family members or all bio/step people in this case must be looked at. If we exclude anyone or any thing as being irrelevant then we may have just ignored a very important clue that lead to the next clue to bring Haleigh home....don't limit, do expand. That is the only way to bring this child home IMHO.

Well said, Onthetrail. :)

Analyzing the profiles of all individuals, studying the overall environment, investigating relationships, and looking for patterns, are all basic and critical steps in solving these cases.
