Boy, I'm so behind. I just found out that TM's father had died and then found out that it happened this morning. I can't help but wonder if he knew what happened to HE and where her body might be hidden. I really don't think that TM will feel any guilt or shame for what she put her father through and I certainly don't think she gives a flying fig what she is putting HE's family through.

This has got to be the most bizarre case that I have EVER followed. The details just keep getting stranger and stranger. Makes ya wonder what will happen next.

I wonder if TM's support from her family will dwindle after what she just put them through? I wonder if there will be any anger/backlash toward TM from relatives now that WC has passed?

I don't doubt for one minute that two people would be alive if all this hadn't happened-Heather and Buddy. Tm's family may not vocalize it but it will be the elephant in the living room.

let me tell you, if TM was my sister I'd be real angry at her right now and wondering why she just didn't kick her husband out? And I'd be questioning her obsession with the other woman.

I don't think her father would have had info, only because TM kept up such a false front. No way she would want her father to know what she was capable of, IMO.

I believe that too

I'm a different kind of parent, if one of my kids were ever to get in any kind of this trouble ( hopefully i raised them right and they will never be), but I would want to know the truth and would want them to confess it, as hard as it might be. Say if it was never to hurt Heather, but just a confrontation that went wrong, TM or SM snapped, you can save a lot of people misery and pray that the judge or jury would be more lenient.

Now you've painted yourself in a corner and no one is even gonna think of showing you any mercy with all the fabricated lies...jmo

She certainly has left a wide trail of wreckage. SM as well. I pray there won't be anymore casualties as a result of their actions. It boggles my brain that someone could purposely destroy so many innocent lives. Their own family .... And of course, Heather and family. It scares me to realize the evil.

Stress will put the nails in your coffin if you don't know how to deal with it. My father had a massive heart attack loading bulls for stockyard. Anger/stress when uncontrolled or not dealt with properly is like heat to a pressure cooker.

I pray for the children.

What if...
What if he helped conceal the body for days/weeks? What if he heard a body was found in FL and thinks/knows it's Heather? If he was an insulin dependent, a dozen extra units of insulin, no food, no glucagon and you're soon seizing, unconscience and dead of 'natural' causes or complications of diabetes. He would know this. I live in fear of this happening accidentally with my own insulin dependent son. My gut says he knows his daughter is guilty, and assisted her somehow or he just knew the truth. Testifying against his spoiled daughter would be too much I think let alone his own guilt of helping her in any way...cover up, alibi, money, bail, attorneys. To me, it's just too coincidental. If that's what happened, TM would know and will know always she did not just take the life of Heather but also her own father's indirectly.

Just my very own narrow minded opinion, which has been off the mark more than once.

All I can think of is that maybe the FL body has not been ruled out and they needed to go back to search for a roll of garbage bags. Or a deep freezer. Or a saw. :(

The timing of those remains being found and MR C's passing does appear odd!!! Moo

I agree that TM will blame Heather. Her posts about Heather pursuing her husband, being crazy, a "wh%*e" etc....and SM only being "stupid"...positioned her as minimizing SM's responsibility. Somehow she and SM were victimized by Heather.

Likewise her reaction and her family's reaction to the search party, Heather's Dad, etc...show only anger and disdain...not one whit of human compassion. If TM were blameless, one would think that, as a parent, at the very least, she would relate to Mr. Elvis pain. But instead, the family position seemed to be that they should not be inconvenienced.

I think the next step in this saga will be a lawsuit against the reporter and the TV station. Luckily most of the encounter is on tape.

I think TM already sees herself as a victim of Heather and the whole Elvis family. We can see from the tax returns, the "military discount", using the handicapped sticker that belongs to someone else, that there is a mindset that laws do not apply to them. IMO..TM is the center of her own universe and can justify ANYTHING that benefits her personally. This will not change.

yeah, you couldn't write a book this crazy. it's got "movie" all over it.
if only we could find the chapter where Heathers family can bury her...

What? :waitasec: We have seen tax returns? Do you have a link for that? I don't recall ever seeing this. TIA

From the Powerpoint presentation during the bond hearing. Reported income vs. income stated on loan apps.

I had a dream last night that a press conference was called today and both Tammy and Sidney confessed and agreed to reveal the whereabouts of Heather, spurred on by the death of Tammy's father. Oh how I wish that was not just a dream!

sbm... I swear I think raising kids is a crapshoot. I was just looking at a pic of my thirtysomething yr old cousin on FB, all dressed and posing "gangsta". looking a fool, IMO. he & now his wife live with his parents & off of taxpayers. hes a loser. his younger by a year brother is well adjusted, pays his own bills, etc. how did my aunt and uncle get such different results... it's crazy. they are awesome, probably coulda said no a few times in their childhood but really great people.

sorry to ramble lol.... I would also want to know the truth. that's one thing I've always drilled into my kids heads... honesty.
