I work in a professional capacity. And let me tell you if I called people stupid on the news, wagged my pointer or raised my social finger I would be in the soup line tomorrow. This man is a disgrace to his profession. He needs to retire before he gets himself in a world of trouble with professional conduct review, or has a stroke.

He reminds me of some men and women when they get old and cranky and don't care what they say or how they conduct themselves. Using age as an excuse for bad manners.

No kidding. Sorry Mason, but your wagging finger and calling the order "stupid" doesn't trump the law. The DT is so overconfident because of the verdict it's getting downright ridiculous, even if it's possible they have a leg to stand on (I'm still not sure about that, though). Sheesh.
Mason sure is arrogant, especially for a hypocrite that announced before he signed on that he thought FCA was guilty. And he wonders why people call him and tell him to sleep with one eye open ? The more he speaks, the madder the verdict opponents will get ...

Well I am old. And the older I got, the more I understood the need for good manners. Manners are not and never have been a issue of age. And as for CM, he is a disgrace. ALREADY! And what is more disgraceful is that the Florida BAR association does nothing about him!

The more he speaks, and the madder he gets, just makes me think his position is a lot more precarious than he pretends it is. The old "doth protest too much" bit.

Seriously dude, cordial deference and assurance - not this flailing parody of a Simpsons' character.

LOL you reminded me of something - My daughter told me the other day that I was a bit "eccentric" and I said - no I'm not - I'm just old and cranky and don't care what people think.

She said - no - you've always been like that.....:innocent: ...people just notice now cause we think we should respect "old" people. I hope she was just kidding me...

I do too. I don't see CM defying an order from the court. Gee and after HHSS was so nice about dropping those charges from 13 to 7. The old snake story comes up again. Once bitten....

I have a hard time thinking, know what and who he is dealing with HHSS did not research this first and that is what took him so long. jmo

I asked on the lawyer's thread, wasn't it likely HHSS spoke with HHBP before he filed the order. AZLawyer said she thought he probably would have in this case.
I kinda' think HHSS knows what he's doing, which made Mr. Bluster sputter and wag his finger and call the order "stoopid".

I'm beginning to think at his age (I'm there, too) this is the most excitement he's had in his life for a long time. He does not care what he says or who he says it to because up to this point he has never been challenged. That would be my guess. This is definitely a Mars day for him. lol I do miss the astrology thread and I understand all our Astrologers are probably burnt out but we all thought this would be over by now and it's just getting started. Sometimes you wonder what makes people tick. CM certainly postures for the camera. Look at RH, he would say well, I don't think the judge can do this but I'll file some paperwork and we will work it out. Nice calm tone...I'm assuming but pretty sure that is the way he would handle it....very professional. CM is like crazed animal as if he is taking this as an attack on him personally. jmo

Face it good people, CM is a triple threat! He gives old people, Lawyers and humans a bad name!!!

I just love your daughter.....

Whatever the outcome, it is ridiculous how poorly this was handled by State of Florida and/or Orange County Corrections. Just a complete cluster#$#%.

Yes, I mentioned this earlier Tiki - HHSS just doesn't strike me as some kind of rebel going off half tilted without dotting his i's and crossing his t's first. I don't think a person would get to stay a judge under HHJP if he was.

Mason looked like he was very angry in that clip. Where has Baez been? Is he still in NY?

Baez has been so uncharacteristically quiet since the verdict. Especially for one who has relished the limelight every step of the way. Other than his initial interview with Barbara Walters, he's only spoken through others like Geraldo (gag) or his trusty loose lipped and loose fingered partner in crime.

I thoroughly thought he'd be out gloating all over the place. I'd like to think it's because the acquittal threw a monkey wrench into his plans and he's too busy scrambling trying to figure out what to do with his new albatross neckwear. But it makes me nervous.

BBM.....They call that crotchety don't they? :innocent:

FUBAR time. :banghead::banghead::banghead:

@KerryNBC
"Kerry Sanders #caseyanthony defense attorney Cheney Mason tells me Casey will NOT turn herself into a parole officer 2morrow despite a ct order 2 do so."

We can only hope, CM

It is time for Lamar Lawson to poke his head out of the gopher hole. Enough is enough.

If he does nothing, then Richard Hornsby had it about right in his final sentence.

I doubt CM would have marched down to the courthouse, if he didn't think this important. Where was Jose ? Jose was in on the Jan 25, 2010 hearing, check fraud, when his client was sentenced, so why isn't he there ? I don't believe CM was even on the DT then. Just wondering.
