She may balk if she has to do a proper probationary period but, really, probation is not that big a deal. By rights, she should still be in jail serving her sentence for lying to LE. But, she's not. Casey's luck just does not end!
Casey should still have 255 days of jail to serve by my calculations. That being the 1 year of probation time, minus 30% for good behaviour. CM can not have it both ways here. One would think. But then again it is that mightier and higher then us all Casey here.
Now it would be just great if the court redoes the time served. And Casey goes back to jail because CM and JB have screwed up here.
