Is Geraldo's Prod Co Paying For the Def? UPDATED 1-09 Entertainment Deal Allegations

I posited some weeks ago that I believed that Geraldo's production company might be paying for KC's defense in exchange for defense exclusives including possibly a KC interview. Just as I thought, tonight Geraldo has a "world exclusive" re the defense PI tape. Now how did he swing that? You know it was a big "get" for the media and he isn't exactly Larry King.

When LP signed his confidentiality agreement with the same 3rd party...he did say it was not Geraldo.

I think it would be too obvious. I don't think it is him or his production company.

LP signed a confidentiality agreement? Does he understand what confidentiality means! LOL! Well, LP says a lot of things--so I take what he says with a grain of salt.

That was my first thought when I saw the promo for GR's "world exclusive." After watching it, I'm convinced! With the exception of Kimberly Guilfoyle, the entire panel was slanted to the defense. Having Linda Kinney Baden, one of Casey's defense attorneys on cinched it for me.

GR's production company is separate and distinct from the news network it is broadcast on.

I have thought since the first high profile "expert" hopped on the Casey train that GR had something to do with it all. I doubt he paid money for them, but calling them up, buzzing in their ear about what a great case this will be, shmoozing them all and putting Baez in touch with them all. IMO, absolutely.

I COMPLETELY AGREE-YOU ARE SPOT ON!!! If you think back-the other media outlets courted the A's. JB made a few broadcast interviews with the major outlets. BUT- nothing like his appearances on GR's show. He's almost been a semi-regular on it!!
I think GR's ego is so huge that he fancies himself as a sort of co-counsel or adviser to JB. Like I have said before-GR seems almost gleeful when discussing this case. There is no disgust in his voice or his demeaner. I think he has BIG plans for himself, his company and JB benefitting from this tragedy. IMO

I did hear him several weeks ago when he said something about the "*advertiser censored* of a mom" so he is not pro-KC at all. No, he is not helping pay for her defense.

He does allow some defense POV's but Fox News calls themselves fair and balanced, so I guess he has no choice. Actually, I prefer to hear from the defense side once in a while, they make some excellent points sometimes.

Ive no doubt he or his production company is.
The ethics involved in this leave a bad taste in my mouth.
Of course Ive never forgiven Geraldo for when I had to stop wearing my leather flight jacket back in the 70's when he started affecting one just like it.
And yes I do hold a grudge for a long time.
I think Ill start wearing it again out of protest.

Imo - it was people from fox or cnn donating to the anonymous trust fund to give this case wheels and "make news"!

There are kids killed every day. There are kids who go missing, are kidnapped, or are abused. But only caylee gets covered. Pedilla said from the beginning he was being payed by someone anonymous to come to Orlando and bail her out. He stated he couldnt give away the name of who it was.

If it's a guessing game It's easy to tell who benefits the most out of this whole thing.

I thought that certain photos and videos of Caylee were leaked and sold. It was supposed to be videos of Caylee in the pool. I remember of seeing them, but can't remember what tv program showed them. This is rumor. The defense received a big chunk of money. This is rumor as far as I know, but I heard it on tv.
