I, too, was struck by the time, effort, and creativity that went into such a nasty behavior.

Britain’s main opposition leader Keir Starmer is defending his decision not to call for a permanent ceasefire in Gaza, amid internal dissent over the stance.

“A ceasefire always freezes any conflict in the state where it currently lies,” he tells the Chatham House international affairs think-tank.

I'm wondering whether these young men were also ordered (or encouraged) to make use of the drugs mentioned earlier, to enable them to commit such barbarism, or if they're merely passing blaming to the leadership, to avoid punishment.

"Israel's confidential plans revealed?

The secret document was released to the media.

Two major newspapers published in Israel - "Haaretz" and "The Time of Israel" - published the assumptions of the document, which was supposed to be created by the country's secret services. It described the alleged plans of the government in Tel Aviv towards the Gaza Strip. One variant is to force the Palestinians to settle in Egypt.

If the date on the document is to be believed, it was created on October 13, less than a week after the Hamas attack on Israel.

But it is not everything. The document also indicated the need to create a several-kilometer-wide buffer zone on the border with Egypt . All this to prevent displaced Palestinians from returning to their previous place of residence.
The document also shows that the Israeli authorities are aware that the implementation of the mass resettlement plan will be met with severe criticism, especially in the West. Therefore, before international public opinion, it would be called
'aid for war fugitives'.

Israel's shocking plan. Palestinians have spoken out

The services also pointed to a possible alternative to the failure of resettling the Palestinians. Then a Palestinian government subordinated to Israel would be established.
However, the implementation of this assumption seems as unlikely as the resettlements themselves. -

'We oppose relocation to any place, in any form, and we see it as a red line that we will not allow to be crossed',

said Nabil Abu Rudeineh, deputy prime minister of the Palestinian Authority, referring to the revelations in Israeli newspapers.

The plan was also criticized by Egyptian President Abd al-Fattah al-Sisi."

Sounds like a tunnel collapse under a residential area after it was hit with an airstrike. More civilians at risk from Hamas building it's military infrastructre in/on and under residential buildings.

#BREAKING: Jabaliya residents are claiming that several minutes after an Israeli airstrike the ground around them began to collapse, leading to massive casualties, many of whom fell into sinkholes along with structural frames of the apartment buildings.

And, this tunnel network also suspected to also house Hamas munitions - the irony being that the "Jabaliya Civil Defense Teams" already knew this as they are issuing the warning to Palestinian civilians to get out:

Jabaliya: Civil defense teams are warning some residents to leave the area due to the possibility of secondary explosions due to the presence of munitions in the area.

Edit to add:

And Hamas (their Head of Political & International Relations) again denying that their terrorists killed Israeli civilians on 10/7 --- "You cannot prove that".
These people are unreal:

Watch how Hamas leaders change their answers every time they are asked about their crimes against humanity:

Erdan tells Security Council he’ll don yellow Star of David until countries condemn Hamas

Addressing the UN Security Council meeting on the Israel-Hamas war, Ambassador to the UN Gilad Erdan likens the current moment to the Holocaust.

“Some of you have learned nothing in the past 80 years. Some of you have forgotten why this body was established,” he says.

“So, I will remind you. From this day on, each time you look at me, you will remember what staying silent in the face of evil means.”

“Just like my grandparents and the grandparents of millions of Jews, from now on, my team and I will wear Yellow stars. We will wear this star until you wake up and condemn the atrocities of Hamas.”

I don't know if it would be appropriate, but I would love to wear one in solidarity with the Jewish people.

If the document was indeed leaked, the only purpose (imo) would be to stir the pot, and it doesn't need any more stirring. :(

I saw watched this protest for about an hour while visiting New York. Though I had noticed some last minute participants rushing to get in, I did not realize the extent of the protest until after it started.

Anyways, and for what its worth, here are my observations of it:

- Fully legal, the police had closed off portions of the Brooklyn Bridge and some streets in advance.

- The marchers: About 75% "ethnic" stakeholders. Mostly Palestinians, but including people from nearby Arab nations etc. 25% of the participants were "non ethnics"- including a noticeable number of likely professional protestors willing to turn out for any even semi leftist cause. There was also a small contingent of anti Israel mega ultra Orthodox Jews.

- Behavior: Extremely good. No HAMAS, ISIS, Al Queda banners what so ever. Absolutely no anti Semitic chants. One small group of professional lefties tried to climb up a low portion of the bridge supports to place banners- but lacked the athleticism to do so. They quickly gave up. Probably saved some broken bones.

- Support from observers: Little. Men and teenage boys did smile and wave at the marchers- well, after attractive female participants waved to them first. This group of "instinctual wavers" included me a few times. A handful of observers shouted support. Most just watched.

- Humor Moment: Watching a white college student type chant caller with a Palestinian Keffiyeh scarf around his neck mangle Spanish after he experienced a "Che Guevara" moment and tried calling chants in Spanish.
