DR walking onto it can't be proven factually.

This isn't correct. DR himself stated that he could not get out of the driveway that morning because of crime scene tape across the driveway, so he got out of his car, crossed the tape, and "jogged" over to ask how to get out, and the officers were upset with him because he had lifted and crossed into the taped off crime scene area. Since he admits this himself in various interviews, that seems like solid proof.

"The next morning, Rassier left for work and started to drive down his driveway, but was unable to cross the crime scene tape that investigators had put up across the driveway. Rassier said he crossed the tape and jogged down the driveway to ask officers how he could get out, and that the officers became upset with him and directed him to drive through the shallow grassy swale alongside the driveway. Did DR walk under the crime scene tape, yes. Did he contaminate the prints lifted of the suspects tire and foot prints, no. That is what Sasquatch was addressing and what I was addressing.

Hm.If you recall, I was the one who was trying to figure out who Hart was.

If you recall, I was the one wondering why LE had decided that DR was a POI. I was not LE who determined he was a POI. And of course, there were other things re DR out there.

We still do not know why multiple agencies decided DR was a POI . In light of the Heinrich info, it makes zero sense.

The things Hart did show him to be more vicious. Dragging a horse and breaking the legs? Wow.

He never had a chance in life. His early life sounds like something out of a horror novel.

I wish we could do more to help children but it sounds like with the expose at Mesabi Academy, things have not changed re kids with issues, Somehow we have to find answers .

Working out a crime by systematically discussing each and every point of evidence, discussing the LE NAMED POI to rule him in or out (in our minds) along with a host of other potential POI's is NOT attempting to paint DR as the perpetrator. It is investigative technique. So far we have NO CONCRETE EVIDENCE that rules anyone in or out as the perpetrator. At this juncture DR is at the bottom of the list, and until LE takes him off, they have not ruled him out. We have a much better POI to work with, and even though I have evaluated all the foot and tire print evidence I have been able to find and have been supplied with by others here, it is not CONCRETE EVIDENCE. LE will not share their photographs and plaster casts with me (I asked). I am a print forensics expert with over 50 years experience, so if they will not share, there is not much more I can do to help nail this down.
