Eloc and Joy. Joy and Jared worked mercifully to get this back in the forefront of everyone again. To discredit Joy is to discredit Jared, which is 100% wrong.
Hm. Perhaps one needs to do a little bit more reading to see the truth.

Where or how was Joy discredited in that post?
DR walking onto it can't be proven factually.

This isn't correct. DR himself stated that he could not get out of the driveway that morning because of crime scene tape across the driveway, so he got out of his car, crossed the tape, and "jogged" over to ask how to get out, and the officers were upset with him because he had lifted and crossed into the taped off crime scene area. Since he admits this himself in various interviews, that seems like solid proof.
"The next morning, Rassier left for work and started to drive down his driveway, but was unable to cross the crime scene tape that investigators had put up across the driveway. Rassier said he crossed the tape and jogged down the driveway to ask officers how he could get out, and that the officers became upset with him and directed him to drive through the shallow grassy swale alongside the driveway. Despite having that second contact with officers in his driveway that morning, Rassier said was not questioned by investigators until later on Monday morning at his teaching job at Rocori School in Cold Spring." (From the book It Can't Happen Here)
Similarly, one needs to admit they were completely wrong and publicly apologize to DR for the hundreds of posts attempting to paint DR as the perpetrator.
I'm hearing from someone in the TC's that WCCO is airing a story tonight saying there is a possible connection between the Jacob Wetterling case, and the unsolved bombing of the Kimball Post Office in 1976...story tonight at 10:00?

Very happy that Ivend Holen's family may finally get the answers they deserve.
This is what happens when you look at DAH for the right crimes, and when a journalist has the guts to swim against the tide.

Were hearing from someone in the TC's that the seemingly endless Dudley Do-Good Wisconsin Amateur Hour may eventually be brought to a halt with yet another new pro bono lawsuit, and that said lawsuit will include television news organizations that continue to blindly encourage said do-gooder to their own financial detriment . . . but what could form the basis for such a suit? And would such a suit stop the amateur hour before those released from MSOP have an opportunity to do so?
Prov. 11:14

Why would Dudley Do-Good(I got the Bullwinkle reference) need to be brought to a halt? And why would those "released from MSOP" have the same incentive? Were hearing from someone in the TC's that the seemingly endless Dudley Do-Good Wisconsin Amateur Hour may eventually be brought to a halt with yet another new pro bono lawsuit, and that said lawsuit will include television news organizations that continue to blindly encourage said do-gooder to their own financial detriment . . . but what could form the basis for such a suit?
