Stupid question here... if you can't access the Utah court case system... just where are you getting your information from about a major update that most won't like to see? I'm not finding it in news. Can you provide your source of that news for us, please? Thanks.
My information is from a new video on the YouTube channel of a former AWP member (JC) whom JL is suing because he doesn't want competition.
Seeing Josh's response to all this confirms for me what I've thought for a long time about JL. Cut-throat and creepy as the day is long.
Diabolical too. He's takes joy in others pain and suffering. What a creature. JMO
I like to think that the lack of attention to JL in msm is simply because he’s no longer relevant. IOW that he’s gone from underwater super star to just another creepy predator. IMO where he belongs.
AWP are still in the media and so is JL. Recently he caused controversy by insinuating that SAR didn't do their work by not extracting a missing person's car from the Kern River. In reality it was confirmed early on that the person was not in the submerged car. The river conditions were not safe at the time.

The first time I ever heard of AWP was when they showed up on the Suzanne Morphew case. My immediate first impression was that they were exploiting the case for their channel. Disgusting indeed.
I had forgotten about that search, seems like a lifetime ago. I remember the "shirt" they found.
Yes, they made a big deal out of that. Hinting it was covered in what appeared to be blood and full of holes, suggesting bullet holes. They were also the same guys that claimed they were being stalked at the river, had their RV sourrounded and had to suddenly leave due to their lives being in danger.
