I found game summaries for the silverbacks games (somewhere) they only seem to have existed as a team in 2011, 2012, and 2013, and according to these summaries it seems that JM only played one game of the 2012 season, and wasn't on the team in 2011 and 2013. I'm not sure where I found these summaries, and can't find my post here containing that information.

Is there any way to search that will find individual posts rather than entire threads?

JLM could have been on the other side of the country. Marizela Perez disappeared off the face off the earth near UW in Seattle on a Saturday afternoon in March 2011, just a few days after Matthew was reportedly charged with criminal trespass in Virginia. Not discrediting anything in your post, I think it's fantastic. However, it would be a complete disservice to college women everywhere not to note and recognize that the majority of campus rapes are done by college-enrolled male students. THIS is an even bigger problem than the occasional random "Chester the Molester" type of scenario being laid out here. College aged men are raping their fellow students, and are not being disciplined for it. We see it in this VERY case where JM was accused of rape at TWO colleges, WHILE IN ATTENDANCE, and nothing legal was done about it. He was merely kicked out and sent on his way to the next campus full of innocent women. Colleges need to be much stricter about rape. It must be de-stigmatized for the woman to report it, she must be believed and treated with respect every step of the way, and the rapist must be convicted as an adult. This is a way to stop these rapists IN THEIR TRACKS so they don't escalate later in life, as well as make college campuses safer for our daughters. This has to be addressed.

This is a problem that is being spotlighted at campuses. However, a college is not set up to determine whether someone did or did not do a crime. That's up to LE. They need to encourage the victim, the accuser to go through the process, not get involved with the process. That the colleges expelled JM is more than most schools do in such situations, and I 'll be that the fact that JM is not from a well to do family with the know how and finances to fight the situation was, in part, the reason. I personally know of two cases where young men were so accused, and one of them had a parent who was an attorney. Neither of those men were expelled. The cases were quickly dropped because there was not the evidence to take it to court and get a positive verdict on part of the victim, if indeed it was a valid case Rape and other such sexual harrassment crimes are difficult to prove with no witnesses, no tapes, nothing there, and when the accusation is not made right away. And a college has a problem when it disciplines a student who is found innocent or not even charged with a crime.

The Duke lacrosse situation is often cited as an example of where a college acted too quickly, as well as the DA and LE in the case That those young men so accused had parents with the where withal and deep pockets to fight the case head on had a lot to do with what happened as well. Every one of those young men would have been expelled from Liberty University, by the way, just from what they clearly did, with their morals code. Duke had to re admit them and permit them to get their degrees.

Were all of the possible related victims attractive girls/women? I never followed the MH case, and have done a little bit of reading over the past couple of days where there was mention of abduction for the purpose of making a certain type of video. With all the unsolved cases dating back a bit, you almost have to wonder if there is something more at play here than one sick individual. It's unbelievable how much speculation is out there with no ability to find out whether the "case was closed" on some of these theories.

What it's like to be "roofied". Here is my first hand experience with the "date rape" drug. Popular at Fraternities and University parties. Thank God I had someone there who took care of me until the ordeal passed. This is what it is like. It took about 45 minutes, then I was completely paralyzed unable to move or talk.

If Hannah had been drugged it would be so easy for someone to rape her, take her somewhere, or sell her. I believe Hannah is either in the woods somewhere, you'll probably find her skull and bones (signature of ...) , like they did with Morgan Harrington or has been human trafficked after a night of him "having his way with her" by her perp. Hence no body. Check his ties up the East Coast. Check the "cookies" on his laptop for any signs of *advertiser censored*, visiting underground human trafficking sites.

I pray she is found alive.

We can speculate about all the murders he might be involved in, but there is a possibility he will never be charged w/ any of them.

Perhaps he will end up being the most prolific serial killer who was never actually charged w/ any murders.

Based on what happened to you, do you feel HG could have gotten the drug at one of the college parties? Not that anything will change the eventual outcome, but I just can't shake the feeling that someone at a frat party may have dosed her.

What it's like to be "roofied". Here is my first hand experience with the "date rape" drug. Popular at Fraternities and University parties. Thank God I had someone there who took care of me until the ordeal passed. This is what it is like. It took about 45 minutes, then I was completely paralyzed unable to move or talk.

" It was a feeling of being outside my body with no control to speak or ask for help. The only way my friend knew I was in trouble was "through my eyes pleading for help". Call the hospital I tried to say, but nothing came out. A man came in the room and tried to kiss and rape me and my friend pushed him off me. I was completely helpless". It took about 4 hours to feel somewhat normal again.

If Hannah had been drugged it would be so easy for someone to rape her, take her somewhere, or sell her. I believe Hannah is either in the woods somewhere, you'll probably find her skull and bones (signature of ...) , like they did with Morgan Harrington or has been human trafficked after a night of him "having his way with her" by her perp. Hence no body. Check his ties up the East Coast. Check the "cookies" on his laptop for any signs of *advertiser censored*, visiting underground human trafficking sites.

I pray she is found alive.

So glad you had a friend to help you when you were in that state. From what I understand it depends on the drug as to how fast it works, how long it works and how incapacitated a person becomes. However, I don't see think any of the drugs would work in her timeline for her to have been so drugged at the party she left and it to have taken effect at around 1:40AM around Tempos. I think it would have been far more likely to have been in a drink she got in the 15-30 minutes she was in that area, and JM did buy drinks during that time.

But none of that matters. Whether she fell ill, got cramps from vomiting from drink and exercise and stress, she left the area alive, though a witness says she was needing support, and with JM.

If LE got their hands on his laptop (they did get his cell phone), we can be sure it has been checked thoroughly.

I dont see this as a sex slave sale. I think it was a simple case of a sicko taking a female incapacitated, taking advantage of her and then dumping her somewhere. That the case is now linked to MH makes it highly likely that she was killed as well. That she has not come up alive by now also is an ominous sign. The best thing that could happen now is that her body is found with clear evidence of who did this to her-though possible, I doubt Hannah is alive at this point. That JM is not saying where he left her is also a pretty good indicator that he did not leave her alive or unharmed and he is taking the chance that she is not found. It would be far harder to get any kind of case against hime without a body.

The date of Hattie Brown's disappearance in the timeline should be 5/16/09, not 7/07/09. I believe the 7/07 date was when her car was found burned behind a barn in a rural area.

Hi eileenhawkeye. You are right; there was a match between these two young women. But, forgive me if I'm wrong, but aren't the majority of the women that we're discussing missing? Therefore there is no DNA available to match.
I understand that there is one whose attacker has been tried and imprisoned but, even in that case, our posters have wondered if Matthew might not still have been involved, even if only in the periphery.
Besides, at this time, I think LE has been very careful to say that there is only a "forensic link" between the three. Never have said, yet, that there is a DNA match.

Not necessarily. Most of these women haven't been found, so there would be no DNA to compare.

"Taylor admits to having seen Clarke in a bar just prior to her disappearance but had no other interaction with her. Shortly after she was confirmed as a missing person, Taylor was identified as a suspect, but was never charged for her disappearance."

When JM was taken into custody, the charges are such that LE could take a DNA swab from him. That sample will generate a DNA profile which will be run against any others in the crime files. If there is a match, the case will be pulled for further examination.

It's not that simple sometimes as a straight out match, however, and also it depends on where the matching DNA is found. So, although DNA can be a powerful piece of evidence, it sometimes is not definitive proof. The 2005 rape case has some good DNA samples under the victims fingernails. If that is a direct match to JM's, he's going to have some problems. LE has said that there is a forensic link between MH and this case, but they have not said outright what it is. If it were a direct match from , say on MH's fingernails, it would be a strong conneciton. If it's a match on the Panera shirt that might have 50 other samples on it, maybe not such a strong link. Again, we don't know what evidence LE has at this point in time.
