i'm speaking about the unsolved rape. Thats where the sketch come from. This women certainly didn't decline to press charges just the person to press charges on is to this point unknown. Sorry if that wasn't clear.

Thanks lol It was kind of a lucky catch. It was when his name was first released by the media a few hours before the presser, I did a google search and it was on page like 25 (Lol)... Something told me to copy/paste the URL and I download the pic because it was such an old site I was afraid she would take it down. I don't know why those Ads are popping up like that now, they didn't the day I found it!

This. I feel confident that they already have a definite, positive DNA match but haven't released it because that would allow his lawyer to claim JM couldn't get a "fair trial" here on whatever charges they bring against him w.r.t Hannah. If for instance they cannot find her, they may decide to not pursue Murder 1 charges, and the lawyer would surely claim that if the jury were told that he abducted and violently raped a woman in Fairfax, and abducted, raped, and violently killed MH, that might prejudice them against his poor, misunderstood, gentle-giant of a client. JMO

I understand that most people disagree with me, and that's ok. I am simply saying that personally I do not think the sketch resembles JM whatsoever. Just as I cannot convince others that he doesn't look like the sketch, you won't be able to convince me that he does.

Me either. In one of my favorite shows, Sherlock Holmes/Benedict Cumberbatch has a scene with Mycroft/Mark Gatiss where they talk about coincidences: "What do we say about coincidences?"; "The universe is rarely so lazy." Could it be that JLM senior was responsible for the some of the earlier killings during the 1980s to 1990s, and the son followed in his father's footsteps?

I only put women and teen girls who are still missing from Virginia on that list. I do think it's probable Cassandra Morton and Morgan Harrinton may of been murdered by JLM however. I also thought Brittanee Drexel's disappearance sounds a lot like Hannah Graham's to a certain degree, too.

The sketch is based on a 2005 attack. He looked much more trim nine years ago. As someone who has followed the Harrington case extensively, I think JLM has a lot of similarities to the sketch -- most noticeable are his nostrils and eyes. The sketch seems to really detail very round and wide nostrils. I think they look very similar to JLM's. Also, the eyes have a very similar shape.
