Does anyone think the defense reads here? sometimes I do......it seemed as if she shortened up her answers somewhat on her last day on the stand.

I hated what I woke up to and read this morning about the stuff about Travis which is coming. How many times does she get to kill this poor guy?????

I noted awhile ago about something I had seen which could be used to "back up" her claim but I said I was not going to post it. Don't know if I should reveal it now, so you all know. It is pretty silly and immature if you understand it for what it is, but if taken out of context, which I am sure they would do, it could possibly be used to support her claim.

It might be the same comment I was wondering about when she said it...was kinda "off the cuff", but it was thrown in there. Don't know if THAT'S the reason all the "other" absurd info is gonna be discussed this week. But it was almost just mumbled.

It was when she was describing oral sex in the park, and she threw out "it was mid day of a school day"....or something like that.
Maybe a lawyer can explain since this wasn't objected to, is THAT why it's being let in??

Get ready for a bombshell next week. Defendant claims TA was pleasuring to photos of young males. How does she know? Claims she walked in on him unexpectedly. She will be selling it in court next week.

I actually feel physically ill. They said there was no *advertiser censored* on his computer whatsoever. If he was looking at kids then he would continue to do it and it would be there on his computer. This is all so horrifying how a defendant can say anything without proof to back it up.

I feel like I am back in Baez' OS where s*it was flying everywhere that were nothing but lies.

IIRC, with the "Ninja" story, she also made a comment that TA wasn't "screaming like a girl" or something to that effect.

No, this was something that seemed disturbing when I was browsing the crime scene photos and pics of Travis, on photobucket. It was a MySpace posting that had been cut and pasted as a picture on the photobucket account. I did some sleuthing and found the referenced MySpace page, which had more of the same kind of remarks, which Travis had responded to. I eventually decided for myself that there was some sort of "immature, teen age boy" type teasing going on. Having been a school bus driver for a number of years I used to hear this sort of thing going on in the 13 to 15 year old range all the time. I thought at the time that Travis seemed to be too old at the time to be engaging in that type of stuff....but somehow I think that due to his struggles as a child that he MAY have been a little bit emotionally immature. I am NOT denigrating him, AT ALL!
But, the kinds of remarks that I saw could be used to support Miss Things most recent claim, since they would be taken entirely out of context. I really hope this is not going to happen but if it does, and MySpace is brought up, that's what it's all about.

Ok more I am seeing now looking at photos again. I have read upstream about flooding (How do we know box in closet had rings) anywho..... the photo of him sitting down he is blocking the drain. We need our websleuths reenactmen team to do another enactment! Go and sit on your shower drain and how long until any overflow? Isn't if pretty standard that houhold plumbing is two gallons per minute?

I am considering shot,, water left running while she packed up. He sits in same position with butt on drain. Why else would but be on drain in shower? After he regained some cognition and stumbled out of the shoer after overflo and going to sinnk to make those types of sinus spews we are seeing, she came back in with the knife while he was leaning over the since. And as the next knife marks were all on the upper right of the torso, that would fit if she came in from the bedroom and he was at sink.

I just dont see where there is time for all that to happen and then see the photo of him on the floor with the blood draining from his slit throat and she is standing above him.

But then Im a ME Horn fan and what he described and the sequence lines up with the crime scene evidence for me.

JA's testimony....it's lies....she's a proven liar. JM will back up that fact with her interviews at the police station. With the testimony of Darryl....and, from her OWN admission of "needing" to almost track down one of her ex's to find out whatever stupidity she wanted to. There's soooo many things to even go into.

IMO, the most ironic part of this....look at Nurmi's site....
He protects "accused" sex offenders from people like her....the people who "fabricate" LIES about his clients who come to him for defense from situations such as this.
There's a shoe for every foot, and there must be defense for the scum who DO sexually assault people...BUT, there ARE those circumstances, like this, where the lies are waaay too absurd to believe.

Martinez claimed that Arias had alternately said that Alexander was viewing pictures on a computer and viewing printed photographs. As an official member of the AA fellowship for years now, I can tell you that there is no official book of "ettiquette" as your wording implies as to who/how/when a drunk should or should not be videotaped. In fact being laughed at and videotaped (even by strangers) is one of the consequences we learn to own and learn from if we are truly ready. No one likes to be laughed at, but if it is eye opening enough to get someone into "the rooms" as we call it, it really doesn't matter what method was used to save our lives- a true person in recovery will learn to appreciate the milestone as a gratitude as opposed to a resentment. Just my 2 cents. Hiccup! ;-)

My DH is an alcoholic. 13 years sober.

When he first got sober, his buddies made him a photo album full of less-than-flattering pics taken over the years. They included DH passed out, mouth wide open, DH hung over and looking like something the cat puked up, DH in various drunken obnoxious acts......

DH still has that album and he swears if he ever feels like taking a drink, all he has to do is take a little trip down memory lane, lol!

I pray that the jury sees right through her but you always have to worry about that. once a person is called a child molester , rapist or a wife beater their image is forever tainted. its just something that will stick to u you and destroy your reputation for life. once that card is tossed out there people will look at you a different way. ask yourself, would i date a man known to be violent? Why i date a man rumored to be a rapist/child molester. believe me as much as i hate what jodi is doing, she might benscoring points with people on that jury.

I know I know!!! This is so ludicrous and preposterous I can't even find words to properly describe how angry this makes me. The only proof is her word? Really? It reminds me of CA saying she had to give her father bj's before school. My blood pressure is rising, I need to calm down. Night all. Stay safe anyone in the midst of that snow storm.

JA had plenty of time to study CA's case/trial. She is trying to throw anything out there that is just as shocking. I do not know how she thinks this can work. It is only her word and no one else. Unless they provide some phony pics of little boys. I don't think her atty would risk his job on providing false pics of little boys and I do believe it would ruin his career forever and shes' just not worth the risk.

I'm not saying it happened, I have no doubt that not only is that not Travis's hand but it also not his male member, but I could easily see the defense trying to say that so Jodi looks more sympathetic. The defense has already gone way over the line in what they have done, said and alluded to. Sorry if I offended you as that was not my intention, I just see this defense team and Jodi as willing to do anything and say anything to paint Travis as a sexual deviant and abuser.

I'm totally speculating here, havent really even formed an opinion about it, just cannot figure out why ELSE DT would be USING the pic they are using in the first place....
