I am trying sooo hard to catch up with the trial video....but OMG JODI IS SOOO BORING!! No wonder TA was trying to ditch her. I am embarrassed for her. I am totally fast forwarding through her boring history. I bet the jurors are day dreaming about what they are going to cook for dinner.
I don't know how some of you watched this without a fast forward button!! Did anyone else find them selves rolling their eyes during her testimony? lol...she is just so unreal!

As. I recall several topics that came io included~but not limited to aspirin, alcohol, ice picks to eyes and ears, boredom, some mocking. :moo:

Just discovered open can of diet dr pepper cherry overturned on nice white living room carpet!

OT. . . . next time someone spills something like this here is another trick

don't blot . . . immediately dump table salt in a big old heap over the stain.. . .the salt will suck up the stain instead of letting it soak in. Let it sit for many hours (even overnight) then vacuum up in the morning and do the oxyclean on the little leftover stain left underneath.

(this works really well on red wine on carpet!)

I've been wondering about this for a while and don't recall much discussion about it since the trial started which is when I started reading here.

During all this time when Jodi was a "working girl", had multiple boyfriends, lived with a married man, traveled hither and yon to conventions, etc., what, if any, type of relationship did she have with her family? Did she talk to them on the phone? Emails? Texts? Did she visit them for holidays, or did they visit her wherever she was living? Did her family meet any of her male conquests? But for testimony and commentary about her volatile relationship with her parents that led to her moving out of the family home at age 15, there has been little mention of her interaction with her parents and/or siblings.

I also found it odd when asked about grandparents and whether she loved them she said something like my grandfather…then the speil about how down to earth her grandma was~never acknowledged if she loved them. It was just interesting to me. Perhaps they had wooden spoons?

I agree with you about her parents and siblings ',especially when she joined mormon church for their respect of family and family values. I think she wanted what Travis had the she destroyed

Just days ago, I saw that photo again and noticed/thought what you were thinking, scratch marks on the back. Red lines going almost horizontal on his back.

This totally freaks me out. Now I'm getting the eerie feeling that Jodie had a gun on Travis the whole time he was in the shower while instructing him in what she wanted him to do. It can't just be coincidence, imo.

And how did he end up sitting in the bottom of the shower? He looks limp to me, so is this when she shot him in the face, thus no blood visible on his body?

Martinez claimed that Arias had alternately said that Alexander was viewing pictures on a computer and viewing printed photographs. Furthermore, he brought two Mesa police investigators to the witness stand to say that they had found no pornographic images of any kind on Alexander’s computer, nor had they found photographs in his house.

I am way behind this morning, but this says a lot to me. Thanks for referencing it again.

Although I won't ever put my credentials out to get "verified" here (the mods can see where I work by my IP address, I would assume, and that's all I'd ever want anyone to know until I retire, haha), a few WS'ers know what I do for a living.

Although child *advertiser censored* is not one of our "primary" missions, we probably handle 12-15 federal child *advertiser censored* cases in our office on an annual basis. We've got one of the nation's leading computer and cell phone forensic examiners (federal LE, not a contractor) right in our office.

To make a long story short...guys who get involved in child *advertiser censored* will have the propensity to have huge libraries of the stuff, and they KEEP it! They don't normally get rid of it. They become a prized possession. Oh, I guess she can say Travis was just in the early days of starting his viewing of child *advertiser censored*....but! She says it happened in January 2008, 6 months before the slaughter. It is quite telling to me that nothing was found on his computer, or in his house, as to a stash of any type of CP collections. Once these guys normally get hooked on CP, many will have hundreds if not thousands of images saved within such a time period.

I'm sure his computer was also examined...they could find an internet search of his, as well. Have we seen anything that states they had found that he had an online history of such searches? They also tend to branch out and "share" among like minded individuals. I haven't seen anything said in these 4 years that shows Travis really had such a different "side" to him. Other than her "letters" and now this statement. And again, if she really felt he was into CP with young boys, why did she keep coming around?

Bring on the proof, JA! :furious::furious::furious: Good luck countering this, Juan. I would be soooo angry as to what she is doing to Travis' reputation, but I know he'll handle it professionally.
