she followed him as he crawled, pulled himself up at the sink.. She stabbed him, spray of blood everywhere and pooled in the sink, he is down again, and crawling for help, she is following him stabbing him.

29 times till she got him back to the bathroom. One of the big stabs was where the massive thick pool of blood is at the carpet. He would be alive to dump that much blood there...

then I think the neck slice was in the shower for good measure.. You know, make extra sure and get out a bit more anger.. then go to Utah.

I think he got to the sink and started coughing up blood and that's when she started stabbing him in the back .. then as you said he started crawling away up the hallway and she stabbed him as he went, but I'm sure she cut his throat at the end of the hallway .. he was getting weaker and the second he showed weakness and put his head down she lifted it up and cut his throat to finish him off.

it is odd, I swear I read somewhere (i'll try to find it) they labeled that the first photo where he is down from whatever first blow she gave him. That the last photo of him prior to being hurt/shot/stabbed would be the one staring into the camera.

Is this speculation on your part?

meant he was unable to move, which lead me to believe if he was unable to move he wouldn't be able to crawl. Am I misunderstanding the meaning of this word?

The other reason I am certain he fell back and he was shot or stabbed in 5:30 is, it was a photo recovered on allocated clusters, she deleted it, and she deleted a few others. He does not seem to be sitting to me, he has fallen backward, stomach is pooched out, he would never allow himself to be photographed on purpose like that.. He would "hold it in" so to speak.

(just my thoughts of course!!)

The original post stated that it was just his theory. He was misunderstood.

I understand that. I just think when something is posted as a quote it can confuse those that are reading and not following the trial closely. That is all. :)

Dear Vinnie, it hasn't been seven days of Jodi, the real story, by Jodi Arias. It's been one a half days last week and three days this week.

The ME said the bullet wound didn't bleed (because he was shoit after death). Glad we can have this discussion. :)

ME's have been wrong before and I have heard way more evidence of other professionals whose scenarios make more sense to me.

There is another thread just for this discussion.

Why keep saying incapacitated? Maybe he staggered or lunged for her with only the head wound. The trajectory of the bullet is a perfect line from someone standing shooting a sitting target that 'flinched' away from a straight on shot.

Incapacitated can also mean wounded to some. As far as trajectory, the skull can cause a bullet to take an altered path IMO

Don't you wish truth serum were real and worked on psychopaths. We might actually get our questions answered!

The question posed above is interesting. Most observers of this case will conclude that JA is a psychopath. But actually little historical characterological information has been forthcoming in the defense testimony or on talk shows. She “successfully” lived with a man for over 4 years!!!! That takes some skill in navigating conflict and negotiating compromises. Nobody to my knowledge has stated that JA was frequently caught in lies – ala Casey Anthony.
Most people simply say that she evoked a certain”creepiness” and that she had a “blank soulless stare”. A lot of former acquaintances say she was very “private” and rarely talked about herself or discussed any of her problems.
She obviously was highly skilled in creating an evocative sexy persona which would be attractive to males and a total “turn off” to females.

BUT to my knowledge she:
*Never broke the law
* never was arrested ie no DUIs no shoplifting etc
* was never fired from her food service jobs (???)
*paid her bills as best she could
*owned a car
*successfully held and used a credit card and a cell phone
*was never “jilted” or shunned by all her prior male suitors.

So it would seem- correct me if I am wrong here!!! – JA never demonstrated past behavior which would be characterized by a forensic psychologist as “psychopathy” or “sociopathy”!!!

First of all, she didn't graduate from high school and ran away from home- not stable behavior, if that is what we are talking about.

She had her first car in high school and I'm going to assume it was given to her by her folks- otherwise we would have heard Jodi expound on the fact that she bought herself her first car for at least an hour on the stand.

Server jobs are NOT that difficult to get or keep, I have personal experience in the business for almost 2 decades- first as staff then management. She did move jobs more than anyone I know personally in terms of someone who 'stays' in the business. Most lower level restaurant staff work while they are going to school or are trying to make it in some other field, but a select few it is their long time career; those people usually stay at one restaurant for their entire career (or two). They know the job and menu like the back of their hand and have regular long time customers that tip them well.

She moved A LOT and as far as any testimony went, she personally never rented an apartment herself. She moved in with, or stayed with other people. she never put down a deposit or had a credit check, she glommed on to someone else who did.

I bet she was a credit ghost until she met Darryl and then began to acquire credit because of her relationship with him and his maturity and experience in this area. Of course her credit was good- she had never had any to ruin previously.

When she first got the job at Ventana she lived in a tent, until she got staff housing. I do not know anyone that has lived in a tent- for any length of time- as an adult, or otherwise.

She was with Darryl for four years- she did not live with him for four years- big difference, IMO. According to both she and Darry's testimony they lived in staff housing for a short time at the same time, but not together. He moved back to Monterey after that and at some point she lived with someone else in Monterey at the same time too.

As far as I can tell they lived in the house together for even less amount of time then they owned it for- which wasn't that long. The house was purchased June 2005, IIRC and Darryl was on his way back to Monterey by fall of 2006 right? She stayed in the house til foreclosure in Jan/Feb/March of 2007. I may have the exact dates/years wrong but timeframe wise, close Someone please correct me if you can.

She admitted that she didn't have the credit or income to buy the house herself- that it was because of Darryl they were able to get the house. If she was able to save $10,000-12,000 like she stated on the stand it was because of her relationship with Darryl. She probably got her new car in the timeframe with Darryl too, as well as her *advertiser censored*, so Darryl really was beneficial to Jodi in many, many ways. Interestingly enough, it doesn't take long for her in this short time owning the house with Darryl to:

-Blow through her savings
-Stop paying bills towards the house
-Begin burning through her actual credit balance (making mortgage payments on those- remember) I do not know anyone who has payed their mortgage with a credit card. I'm sure some people do, I don't know them.

By the time she is at the end of her relationship with Travis, she has ruined her credit entirely, barely has money left on her card(s) in terms of balance and is having her car repossessed! She has to ask Gus for a phone and beg her mother for money to get back to Yreka, where she will live at her Grandparents for free.

I would also not be surprised if she had run ins with the law when she was a rebellious teen- but the record(s) would be sealed. We have heard from no one but Jodi in regards to her childhood and teen years.

This, to me, is A LOT OF INSTABILITY that proves an unstable, parasitic lifestyle. MOO!

May I add:

Please do NOT post any photos of either the victim or defendant taken that fateful day! I think you all know what I mean..... tia, fran

I am posting this one more time. Anyone who posts crime scene photos or any photos from the day of the murder and murder scene, will be recommended for a vacation.

I'm going to lock this thread for a few minutes and ask those reading to thank this post.

Please peeps, we can discuss the crime without the visuals.

Spit ballin' here

A non fatal wound to the the head could have made him delirious, chasing her.... she stabs him repeatedly.

On the other hand, shooting him first, she probably would have left him for dead right away. I mean, that's the way it happens in TV shows and movies. JA watches a LOT of those.

But, then again, why shoot him AFTER all the stabbing and virtual decapitation?

However JA did it, she wanted him DEAD. She planned it ahead of time, went there and did it.

Fran - just a question.....I haven't posted pictures, but I'm confused. These pictures have been here since before the trial and have continued to be posted during the trial. Is this a new rule or are pics only supposed to be in the links thread?

OT - Jose Baez is on the Dr. Phil right now talking about CA's case. Dr. Phil is totally grilling Baez!

JA has admitted the crime. Has she ever said what happened to the murder weapons (knife/gun)?
