I have a meeting right when court starts today...it should only take an hour so JA better wait till I get back home before FINALLY testifying what happened that horrible day! Not that an ounce of her ridiculous blabbering will be the truth! Wait, scratch that...probably (or shall I say possibly) maybe just 2 ounces of her nonsense today will be the truth... except it will be TA's truth & not her's!

OT - U can't believe how much I got done during the last few days w/o court! I'm sure u all understand since I know I'm not the only one! I even cleaned out my 3 year old's closet & bedroom by getting rid of all his abundance of "baby toys" & organized everything in both his toy boxes, closet shelves, dresser drawers, & book & toy shelves! When my hubby came home from work last night he said "wow, no trial today huh?!" :lol:

Mom ended up letting news of the gun out when she asked LE if they had found it. They hadn't as they probably didn't search the engine compartment. It wasn't until the car was serviced in San Francisco that is was found.

They would have found out because she purchased the gun in her name. I'm sure LE checked the records because Travis had been shot so that would have been SOP. jmo

I went back and watched her interrogation tapes and she says that Travis was SELLING her the car on a really good plan, or something like that? When did the story change to she blew it up?? Cause I hear her testify now that she was paying him back for wrecking it? JMO

She was buying the BMW from Travis on a super easy payment plan—as much as she could pay; at least $100 per month. When she moved to Yreka, she was trying to tow the car behind her Uhaul. She left it in first gear and said that the engine blew, oil all over the road, looked like it had given birth. Then the car went to Wes' Auto in Mesa. She tells the story in one of the Det. Flores interviews from day 2 or 3 of the trial.
