I think she was going to Threaten to kill again and kill again if she felt the need. It could have been his roommates, Mimi, Lisa, the Hughes, Ryan or even Gus. Maybe even someone random in the area to make it appear a serial killer was in the area. I do not think it was to commit suicide tho.

I just remember Travis got on top of me a began to strangle me to death. It all a bit fuzy how I defended myself.

Lamps, burning materials, etc. Never use gas because of the fumes. They can cause an explosion. Kerosene is for burning. Wood piles, starting campfires, etc. Much safer than gas. jmo

That's not going to fly! I can see it maybe if she was slashing out blindly with the knife stabbing him, but not slitting his throat ear to ear. I have to think that would take a clear head because I don't think it would be easy to do.

I have wondered if she's pretty new to this, one of her first court cases? I'm trying to give her the benefit of some kinda excuse for her (IMO) totally unprofessional behavior. Maybe she's never been seen on camera before, and has/had no idea that she comes across as she does.

That...or she's totally unprofessional and then I wouldn't put it past her to have "coached" JA on how to ACT as the victim they want to portray. A professional mitigations specialist wouldn't necessarily do that, but this one (IMO, again) looks like she's taking this too far. Hope that makes sense.

Something really bothers me about the MS, and I don't trust her. I know that may not be fair, but we're allowed to have opinions based upon behavior.
