I think she was going to Threaten to kill again and kill again if she felt the need. It could have been his roommates, Mimi, Lisa, the Hughes, Ryan or even Gus. Maybe even someone random in the area to make it appear a serial killer was in the area. I do not think it was to commit suicide tho.

BBM - I actually think she would have killed herself, so she an TA could be "together forever". uke: I can see in her demented mind thinking that way!

Even when she was in the room with Flores, she puts her head down and says "I chickened out like a little b!tch". I think she planned to kill him and herself, and she chickened out - just like she said.

She may have LOVED herself a lot, but I think she was obsessed with being with TA more, and that was her original plan.

I hope its okay to just jump in with questions as this is something I have seen discussed, but feel it must have been and I just havent read enough.
Actually there are a ton of things I want to ask about but will keep it to the one that keeps nagging at me...

The picture in the shower, immediately following the one where he is looking into the camera - I've seen it described as him 'sitting', but it looks more like he is slumped to me. Certainly not posing, and what would be the point of it being taken from the neck down? I cant help but wonder if its possible she'd already shot him there (just after he looked her in the eyes as if to say, what in the hell are you doing?) but since I havent seen anyone else wonder the same, Im thinking there must be something obvious that Im not aware of that would make that an impossibility. Lack of blood spatter? I know some guns leave small entry wounds and little blood, especially if the bullet doesnt exit (lodged in cheek) Is it possible or am I crazy. Or is it impossible and Im still crazy lol

Its been said by some that it doesnt matter when the gun shot occurred but I just cant wrap my head around any scenario where it happening first would benefit the defense because of the trajectory. She was above him..are we to believe that after he lunged at her, he slipped and fell and just waited there while she while she picked up her purse, got the gun out, aimed and shot him?

I believe there are going to be a TON of objections today by JM. I just feel he has had enough and it ready to go. More objections that usual anyways, to get this party started! I do think the defense will wrap today as I think they might be getting it that the jury has lost interest and they have even made the judge ill!

Not that I have heard, but I got so disgusted at her sex antics, that I actually didn't listen to all of the testimony, but most of it.

And following up on my post about the Mitigation Specialist,

I wonder how JA's attys are following this case, and public feedback. Are they getting any insight that they may be drawing this out too much and losing the jurors (other than watching the jurors directly). Do they have any staff that are watching the evening shows, etc? They need to.

I wonder how much not having court on Thursday broke up their timing plan and how much they may have adjusted their strategy/game plan for this week. Wonder how they enjoyed their long weekend?

I'd "hope" we'd see Nurmi getting in there today and being more specific and succinct, and moving things along. I hope he's heard feedback that they are drawing this out toooooooo long.

Travis had no remorse for how he treated Jodi. He knew she was in love with him but he continued for his own horny purposes. A good man would not string someone along and knowingly dangle himself in front of her . I think he got a kick out of watching Jodi come at his whim. He should not have been killed but he was a <modsnip>. Jodi deserved better. Mimi and Lisa had no depth, almost <modsnip>. no where near Jodi's intelligence.

I live in AZ and have never seen this, but I'm so naive I don't even know what you use kerosene for :waitasec:

People use it for heating, mostly, for furnaces/boilers that usually take oil. Kerosene doesn't gel as easily as oil does in freezing weather. Most folks use a mix of oil and kerosene.

I use it for cleaning paintbrushes and in my oil lamps. Granted, doesn't smell as nice as the scented lamp oils, but it works just fine.
