Show her the transcript of her prior testimony, Juan ....

Oops, the rope would have fallen - that pesky gravity.
He didn't usually have a knife in the bedroom, objection! calls for speculation on what he had in his room.
She only practiced and memorized what was on the shelves of his closet!

Do they even make decorator cording that long? To go from the bedroom to the bathroom? Over 20 fee long? No one would need it

I got a suggestion for some other use of a noose in conjunction with Jodi...

Question, has this rope ever been recovered? Decorative rope? Anyone point me in the right direction here? While young inexperienced Mormon men can be excused for not knowing the ropes, so to speak, most rope is not going to easily lend itself to being cut by a knife. And we knotty people would have either a paramedic's hook blade or a hospital sheers for emergency rope fast rope removal.

There never was a rope. JM is trying to trap her in her lies. She is having trouble remembering what she has said about the rope because it's hard to remember your lies. The truth is easy to remember because it is what it is, and never changes.

Maybe he was hoping God was going to testify today

She has given multiple accounts about the rope, one on the stand and one to Samuels.

She is pretty sure she didn't say "speculation" when she was speculating.

What a piece of work.

How many jurors are going to go home tonight and do a rope experiment in the name of investigation? (tee hee!)
I hope none. IIRC, stuff like that is cause for a mistrial. The jury can't do their own experiments.

Does she have some type of disorder where she has to argue every single freaking word?

she couldn't remember which camera but she testified that hers was already packed up and in the car

Oh, so they didn't want to sit and tinker with Travis' timer on his camera because it would spoil the mood -- but measuring out a length of coiled rope and going through all those machinations weren't spoiling the mood?
