He is done done. When they say, 'I have nothing further" that indicates their examination is totally over.
Is he allowed to re-cross after re-direct?

OMG, I had a meeting today. Does anyone have a link from the time she did her tacky pants tackle demo? I didn't see anything after that. I'm free and went to the closet restaurant to my office so I could YouTube. I can't even stand the thought of waiting in traffic to get home. TIA

A primary characteristic of PTSD is the inability to stop re-living the trauma over and over. Not amnesia. The inability to get gruesome images, sounds and smells out of your mind. Again, not amnesia.
So I'm interested to see how a paid shill characterizes all this.
I'm not an AZ attorney but I've never heard of any jurisdiction that does it any different from the following: State closes, Defense closes, State rebuttal close, case goes to the jury.
Proceeding differ by state - so we'll see... I was just giving it my best shot.
Perhaps someone in the know on AZ will set us all straight. If not, we'll find out as we go along!
If the redirect brings up anything new then there can be a recross.
One other thing that Mr. Martinez could have covered.
At the Hoover Dam checkpoints, when you approach, the officers check the front license plate.
If the car is from a state that doesn't require a front plate, they check the rear plates.
The checkpoint would have seen the (supposed) upside down license plate.
Right. He did. I think she said 5'-5"...Remember the picture he showed of her and TA side-by-side? She and TA looked to be the same height? Was TA 5-5"? Has his height been listed anywhere?
The reason the Judge wants the transcripts to remain sealed apparently has something to do with privacy of witness and jurors as well as case strategy.Really makes you wonder what is in there now...
this court found on occasion - privacy of witness and jurors by disclosure of matters disclosed in chambers - prejudiced if record is not sealed . . . that proposed sealing was narrowly tailored and achieve that compelling interest
intense media scrutiny in this case dissemination of certain matters could affect strategy in this case - for those reason the court has sealed specificportions of this case . . .

Maybe someone can help me.. In Dutch law, you're allowed to "overkill" in self defense. Basically when you're defending yourself but you go too far because of your emotional state, you can still claim self defense. I'm assuming that is not so with american law?
