How is it possible that she does not remember grabbing the gun when just a few minutes ago she described in great infinite detail how she got to it! Liar
OMG I have worked with people like Jodi and have come close to hurting at least one of them, as it involved a great lapse in patient care!

I think they all went up in flames in the desert! Explains the gas cans!

IMO she brought up the info about shoes to explain why she didn't have them because she burnt all the evidence on her way to her new vic I mean BF..

Case of water was bought solely to clean up after leaving crime scene!
 
So...somewhere out there, there is a murder weapon just lying in the road? Not.
 
So she's got no shoes on, has a gun she throws in the desert - even though she didn't realize she used it, then pulled over barefoot and covered in blood in a convenient desert gas station...

None of this makes sense....not even a little bit.

That's a great question. I've heard so many inconsistencies/contradictions today with her description of "what happened", many -if not all- that JM will easily be able to prove as being wrong/not credible. Why would her duhfense let her give such an account that could easily be proven as being completely wrong during cross? Are they really that dumb, or just that desperate?
