One thing is for sure: poor Travis fought to survive. It's heartwrenching... as Gitana wrote in her previous scenario.

The significance the pros is making, IMO, of no blood past the carpet at the entry to the bathroom hallway, nor blood in the walk-in closet is possibly that she didn't try to run away out of the bedroom or stop his alleged attack on her by going into the closet to protect herself after she cut him.

Knew garage code. Knew debit pin #. And we're supposed to believe she didn't hack his facebook?

Prosecution showing Inside Edition...never shot a gun, could never do something so heinous (stabbing someone 27+ times). And the infamous No jury comment. ;) That's gonna go over real well.

This is a really gruesome case! :ohwow:

How in the world can his loved ones endure this? :tears:

Ooooops they just played "inside edition" interview about the ninjas and. The " nobody will convict me " nonsense

OMG........tell me she didn't use his cc account to eat breakfast after she offed him

it's not like he was going to complain about it. I wonder if she took any of his cash or cards?

"No jury will convict me" tape is played. Total silence in courtroom.

Bingo. She was not fleeing for her life...

Can you guys give me a quick rundown of anything important from this morning? All I got to see was a brief discussion of receipts from the attractive LE from Siskyou county.

I missed the receipt testimony. But the blood spatter expert was quite insightful.

Big points.

The sink splatter was indeed splatter made by some type of contact or force. Either by spitting, sneezing, or a head wound. It was also found above the sink on the mirror. It's appearance is the same as what was found on the sink.

Most of the splatters found over by the toilet and adjoining wall were lower than 12 inches meaning that the victim was basically on the ground during the blows that he rec'd.

Water was used to dilute much of the blood found in the bathroom.

No blood was found in the walk in closet or in any large quantities in the bedroom.

Since the victim was shoeless and sockless it means that Jodi was wearing both socks and shoes in the crime scene.

I know I'm missing some big things but those are the big items I took from the blood splatter expert.

Hi all. First time poster - just joined yesterday. Thanks for your posts on this horrific crime. The last time I was consumed with such a case it was the Peterson trial. I just wanted to add re: the shower, that it would not surprise me had JA taken a shower to "clean off" while TA was laying in the base of the shower. It would be the ultimate "I win" moment for her. Gross but seemingly right up her alley.

Could someone please post more pics of the beefcake Detective please?

:welcome:

Welcome - thanks for joining us! I'm not watching so I don't have any pictures of Detective Mendez (I think that was his name?).

:welcome:
PearlJammies and tang, its great to have you!! :)

gitana1 - Someone here is transcribing and putting it on the main page, I believe. Someone please correct me if I'm wrong about where these transcripts are going.
