Interesting. Using the same search criteria - civil- GA has 3 other civil cases in the past, and CA has 1 other (mentions eviction).
really? what dates? during divoce proceedings??? eviction??? wow
try this(from above):
http://www.myorangeclerk.com/ (on left click My Clerk)
Takes you to "myclerk Disclaimer" read and click Yes
Takes you to "myclerk Search page" Scroll down and search for "Civil"
Takes you to name search page put in, of course, "cindy anthony"
Next page hit "details"
CA/GA didn't lawyer up yet? wonder why? Represent each other????
I can't wait til Morgan kicks butt!
I don't think this is the same Cynthia (Cindy) A - unless she lived in the PINE VIEW APARTMENTS in June, 2002. The person who filed the answer to the eviction on behalf of Cynthia was KATRINA A, and I don't think we've heard that name in this case.
Depositions with GA & CA are Dec 22nd..............They may not be able to get an attorney.

The eviction was a different CA.
Well, what typically takes place in trying to get a depo scheduled when one attorney is trying to stall it from going forward is this:
(snipped).
Oh, but it is 100% true. If any of the attorneys are working for ... say ... $400 an hour (probably a good estimate of rates) then it could take over $1,000 in attorney fees for one person just to schedule the depo!OMG this was hysterical.....informative, too, but it's so entertaining I feel like I needed to buy a ticket to this post
Merry X-Mas GA & CA...
Thanks Chezhire, for the great explanation, in easy to understand terms
Looks like they came to a date for CA & GA, at least ...now to wait and see for KC
