Unconfirmed suspicion of mine for awhile... I did notice he used to wear a gold band..but not for quite some time..

Attorney Jose L Garcia made a $20 campaign contribution to Heather Higbee (Judicial Candidate) on 3/11/2010 using the address of one of JB's properties. I am assuming that he lived/lives there. BTW the candidate was unopposed.
