Per stoddard, R was so specific in the facts he relayed and yet "forgot" to mention home depot store visits for lighbulbs and his visit to the car. Just like he "forgot" C

Officer is not giving an inch.

Is the defense attorney really going to play that because he TOLD him information about chickfila and such is the truth, he is a good person? I seriously hope that's not what he is trying to do. Good lord.

This ****** forgot to mention he got a hard on and ate lunch! omfg

Where is his attorney going with all this??

All these "Did Ross tell you" questions?

As a single murder, sadly, I think this one is worse than Caylee's. And I NEVER thought I would be saying this. :(

Yeah, at least we think Caylee was knocked out first. We hope anyway.

This poor sweet angel baby was desperately trying to save himself.

It's up there with Susan Smith sending those two sweet boys to slowly drown in the dark...also strapped in car seats!

defense attorney seems determined to try to suggest since told LE a lot of things that it means he was truthful that he "just forgot"

Desperation on the DA's part.

When the detective said that he found the details of this crime shocking, he wasn't exaggerating. This is horrific.

I think he said to Home Depot Corporate.

Why would he be talking to them for 6 minutes during this (911 being called, CPR on his kid by strangers)? That's...weird.

Is this where the other person comes out of the woodwork?

"Too many forgetful things in one day."

I would say that's an accurate statement.

Yes, but somehow he didn't forget to eat several times, buy light bulbs, and SEXT with multiple females. Riiigghhtt!

He is trying to say that he was not hiding things. LOL.. That he was open about things..

I'm waiting to hear about her secret life, eventually.

Thankfully, my secret life is arm chair detective at WS. I don't even know how to get to some of those sites referenced....thank goodness. And I'm sure not gonna start checking now. EEK!

:scared:

defense strategy seems to be - look at all the stuff R told you that was true therefore it must also be true that he was truthful that he simply "forgot" his child roasting like a turkey in the car all afternoon while he was sexting with women while supposed to be working.

I think he's trying to prove that Ross is an upstanding guy who has been forthcoming with info.

Can someone on here verify the subreddit info or is not not allowed? TIA

okay what do y'all think are the odds he will be getting bond today and if so how much?

I could never be a defense attorney. No way I could defend a guilty person. And, IMO, JRH is guity. I was waiting for proof, more info, before passing judgement, well, I have it now. This sick left his child to die in that car on purpose. moo.

Why does he think all these chikfila questioning will do anything for the defense? None of it helps him.

All he's proving is that Ross had no trouble remembering where Chik-fil-A was.... never seem to forget that. :banghead:
