I think they said the 14th or 15th.

JH got all confused because the car seat was switched from facing forward to rear facing. PUKE!!! BARF!!! I am going to be sick.

I was suspecting this. 22 months is on the old side for a rear-facer. But a child can be *slightly more* plausibly unseen in a rear-facing seat.

He/they were thinking there was absolutely no way anyone would believe the child was forgotten in a forward-facing seat. On the other hand...

Unreal!

The Georgia dad charged with killing his toddler son by leaving the boy in a hot car all day was exchanging graphic texts with multiple woman, including a teenage girl, in the hours before he found the boy dead, a detective testified today at a court hearing.

The prosecutor said that he brought up the sexting on the messaging app Kik during the probable cause hearing because it "goes to the state of mind" of the defendant, Justin Ross Harris.

"He wanted to live a child free life," the prosecutor said.

The detective said that one of the females Harris sexted with was 17.

If Harris is completely deaf in his right ear, why didn't the defense attorney ask for one of those hearing thingy's for dramatics?

And the wife works from home? That's a new bit of info.

Done with LE
and now witnesses.

Leonard Madden up

Who is this witness? Someone called me about something work related - the nerve of them.

I didn't think this would last so long today... I have a house to clean before my husband gets home!!

Kid not at daycare and your first go to thought is left in car. Mine would be call my husband and ask him why did he not drop the baby off and where were they.

My thought would be that dad picked up the kiddo for a fun father/daughter afternoon and just didn't tell me.

The prosecution can ask questions of these witnesses, correct? I've never seen these hearings go on for so long.
