You go Judge!

See I'm crying again just listening to the Judge say what happened to poor Cooper again and there he sits looking all pizzy because the Judge found probable cause.

Salem

attorney is going forward with character witnesses. OMG

Brother being called to stand

Is the wife sitting behind a very upset lady in a red/white stripe top?
The lady I am talking about is chomping on gum.

His brother is a police seargant?

I'm having trouble hearing thim.

the lady I think is R's mom is crying, his dad is more stoic.

Brother, takes stand.

Coworker on stand. Says he acted normally that day, nothing unusual.
...............

Yeah, but psychopaths don't have a conscience.

BBM. This is the kind of thing that will backfire on the defense. It's okay to act normal when people might believe this is an accident, but it makes him look a million times worse when you know it's not.

So...brother works for Tuscaloosa PD... did he get Ross a job?

WoW! Smh.....
I have come to the other side now. Thank you all for the updates and information. I really thought he forgot the baby. Projects at work was on his mine.
I'm still wondering about c mom. Why did she expect him to leave the baby in the car? If he was so uncaring for c why won't she be the one to drop off at daycare? I hope she has a lot of explaining to do for her part in this poor babies death.
RIP baby C...

Brother is gonna lose it. He has a heart.

This was the most damning PC hearing maybe ever.
Every time more slime was revealed, there were infinite levels of slime below that.

Seriously has anyone ever seen such a damning and EXTENSIVE bail hearing before? This is astounding.

Cobb County is sending a strong message here.

Catching up online...regarding his prior charge with a minor-didnt it show up on a CORI? The guy was a coach wasnt he?

wonder what his brother will think about sexting and cheating
