Sorry I haven't been around, been very tired lately.

I know you can't tell us what Alyce said, but do you know what was said? Was it supposed to be good or was it evil?

My car doesn't have eyelashes, it does have a big :butthead: behind the wheel though.

ETA: Do you think the stuff going on in the judges chambers with ALV and Samantha has anything to do with what she said?

I do know what she said but it wasn't good or evil, it was self serving and inappropriate.

I don't think anything this week going on in chambers has had anything to do with that, I believe (not confirmed) that it was handled that very day after court.

Just the fact that ALV had the nerve to speak directly to a member of the actual victim's family kind of upset me. I'm glad it's not as much of a problem as I feared it might be. Put another mark in the "bad judgment" column in the continuum of absurdity exhibit for expert defense witnesses in this trial. Thanks for your eagle eye and protective nature, KCL.

Juan is amazing--I think he's truly a genius in the way he weaves evidence & information together and then gets the witness to tie it all up. His mind must be able to visualize all of the points he's arguing. It's almost like art.

I think Juan has been very accommodating to JW--if he chose, he could humiliate her in court by out-lawyering her. The judge is also very gentle with the mistakes and objections she makes before Juan has even asked a question.

What he did with ALV yesterday was beautiful to watch. I am just blown away by the way Juan will make ALV & JW think he's going to focus on one point, a point that they feel confident in arguing (like the Snow White story), I noticed how ALV and JW were smirking, enjoying the laugh ALV prompted from the gallery. I think they thought that was the worst of it. Nope. Juan has many, many totally damning arguments up his sleeve.

I can't wait for today's testimony to start!

Watching JM in court is like watching a well seasoned chess player in a match, he is always thinking several steps ahead. I have heard the talking heads refer to him as "rambling", "In the weeds" etc., but I don't get that impression at all, he knows exactly where he is going and how he is getting there. In fact I'm often tempted after he connects the dots to jump up and shout "CHECK MATE" :rocker:
 
Hi there KCL - keep a close watch on the Mit. Specialist today - her briefcase/purse is up against the partition directly in front of Jodi's mom again - I think they pass notes from it!

I think Ms Wong is going to be called about the prosecutorial misconduct charge due to Juan "signing autographs" (one cane) and posing for pics with his "fans." She's supposed to have tape from InSession regarding whether or not a juror was present outside the courtroom when this happened. Right?
 
No idea what the Ms Wong issue is about and no I'm not being called as a witness or anything. I'm just privy to private information that I will not share. Please guys please stop asking me things...I'm in a very sensitive position now. I'll share what I will in my notes but nothing further. Thanks.

I was Patsy and my friend was Sally. I always wore a scarf around my neck and she always had the dangly earrings! haha too funny! :blushing:
