Here's some of the corporation info for the aviation branch of Skyview. Not sure what it all means but it appears as though it is non-active?

Their website seems to be defunct too.

And wow, just paid a visit to Skyview rentals and the raffle info is gone????

Raffle "winners": http://www.skyviewexoticcars.com/winning-raffle-tickets.html

Isn't this the same place that had Caylee on their sign, too?

Edit- it's definitely gone, LOL. You can run but you can't hide, hahahahaha.

Think I'll copy that screenshot to disc for my records.

Here?

I just went to their website and it's still there. There's a big yellow burst right at the top that says raffle ticket winners. How do I copy a screen...quick.

Thanks to whoever posted the raffle end date. I have to contact the person we work with to see if they can track that information or just lead me to the state division that handles registration/bonding of promotions. How did the raffling work - where were they given out, etc. Also, does anyone know how long the promotion lasted? And, if my memory serves correctly, I think the state of FL requires a winners list once the promotion is over with winner contact information so, if the state chooses to verify, they can.
I know they were selling tix for the Ferrari at the Mall of Millenia...had to be Aug./Sept judging by posts questioning the validity on another website.

Someone did a few posts back at Turbo's request.

I will have to go back and see who sent me the PM about having bought a ticket when they were in Daytona and get her to scan that ticket for me. I believe this might deserve some deeper investigation.

I am not real good at this type of thing and being out of state, I don't know a lot of the websites, but I am sure someone here does and I am willing to work on the different companies connected to all of this.

I am just amazed at all the "connections" in this baby's death. From the attorney to kid finders, to night clubs, etc. I will get them all connected if I have to come back down there to do it. LOL

K, since I'm just coming into this, this is probably an obvious but just to make sure...who is the listed raffle sponsor - kf or this car place

Screen shot of home page, before it disappears.

I believe so, if the prize exceeds 5,000, let me find the link.

ETA: how convienient;

Snipped: "Florida's registration and bonding requirements do not apply to sweepstakes sponsored by qualified tax-exempt organizations"

KFN anyone?

The raffle was sponsored by NLH(Never Lose Hope) which doesn't have a 501

I'll put a call into the company we work with on Monday. Do you know when the contest/raffle ran? Anyone get any rules from the site?

NO RULES ANYWHERE TO BE FOUND

I just searched on how to get screen grabs and got some of home page and every area on winners list page in case there's a have to have rules posted regulation. I'll keep them in case we need them or if anyone wants me to email them, just let me know.

Damn, and I thought my record was bad! 27 cases?! At what age did this man begin racking this stuff up?

The earliest case I see is 1994 and they continue right up to the present. The Milstead home (over 6000 sq. ft. on 5 acres) was foreclosed on this year.

It's been my experience as a records researcher that most jurisdictions have a cut off date for their online index to court cases. For example, the county in which I live has an index to records for 1989 to the present. An individual may have records prior to this date that are archived. An index to the archived records is available at the courthouse.

In the case of the Milsteads, they may have lived in another county or another state prior to 1994.

So it has to post a bond if it is not a 501. I can't find the 501(3)C filing on KFN so far. This is getting more and more strange. The raffle ticket they bought was from KFN.

The NLH homepage is non-existent now.
The plot thickens, I suppose...

I believe it was bought at a ?? that was put on by a company called "The Perfect DJ" who donated the proceeds to KFN supposedly KFN and the A's were in attendance

It's been gone for a looong time---the screen shots above were taken from a cached page because by then the "charity drive" info was pulled from the site---I screen shot those on 9/14/08

Maybe charities can go together for a fundraiser. But then you just said Never Lose Hope is not a 501(3) C right?

NLH is not a 501--they said they were "umbrelled" under another charity but that charity had its 501 status pulled before there was an NLH
