Wow. I don't know if this has been posted before, but it is a collection of video interviews that AL has given. Timeline info galore, but of course, this is his view.
I think the media WAS a very big part of this investigation.

Only stuff I'm way rusty on is the Espanol. Anybody here fluent in it? Sounded like a couple teenage girls checking him out, which I hope wasn't the case.

It is frustrating that MSM did an article that reports that he is the one that was stabbed. It seems that there are other instances where MSM has it wrong and it just seems to add to the confusion about who AL is.

It was confirmed by Texas prison officials. That document was as of 2006. No reason he couldn't have been moved to the federal facility in Beaumont between then and 2010.

I have read a couple of times about "those men" and "7 guys" and of course the asphalt machine....

I am wondering if other younger guys...probably hispanic....idolized him if he had been this gang member and telling stories of being stabbed by the TS and this whole crime was witnessed by these younger guys and even some taking part........

I'm better at reading other languages then speaking them. He seemed to be very fluent in Spanish..? I thought maybe he was answering questions for a Spanish speaking reporter? I've only picked up a few things from the Joran Van der Sloot case. I thought he answered something about three friends at one time, so was thinking she was asking about the other 3 guys at the bar.
Which brings me to another thought, I wonder what LE was looking for in the trash there?
Also, did anyone find a link to the phone question? I assumed she took her cell with her, but wanted to make sure. Maybe LE is looking for her phone? Prints?
I think LE will be able to pull tire tracks too to connect him if the area hadn't been disturbed too much. He stated he didn't work at that location, so there was no reason for his tracks to be there. Maybe shoe prints too.

Does anyone else think it's kind of peculiar that the media showed up to talk to him hours before the search? Remember the news crew was there when it went down....and they don't normally accompany LE to the scene for a search. Too, he got off work at 6pm, so how long were the media there prior. The video shows him in the light and then it turns dark later on...with breaks in the video. ? And this was all on the day it was confimed of her idenity. A little pressure....to see how he would react? I think it worked....he booked.

I also thought the neighbor left around 2AM to take him to work, but then it was stated he came back home at 4:00 AM. ??? When did he actually leave to get the truck and how..Did he have a set keys? Did he get sneak the keys out that evening? I can't believe the company would allow the keys to be left in the trucks nowadays.

Enough....more questions to ponder later.

Per the article below TDCJ has confirmed the Longoria stabbed at Telford is the same as the suspect in Alicia's murder. Hope this helps.

"Jason Clark, public information officer with the Texas Department of Criminal Justice, confirmed Longoria was the inmate stabbed in the case. He also confirmed Longoria served time for numerous convictions from Nueces County, Texas, including escape, evading arrest and robbery, before completing his sentence May 25."

Bringing this forward to clarify that it has been confirmed by TDCJ that the AL stabbed is the same one we are discussing here.

The dates on the actual cell phone screen are all dated Aug 23. So if he indeed showed those to the media to show that AD had been texting him, he's full of scheisse.

Since I don't do the texting thingy, is "b@rbie girl" T*****y, or is that somebody texting to her.

All I know for fact, those are not from Aug 21. Even small (click on thumbnails for slightly larger, or go back and watch the videos at full screen and pause them) it's Aug 23.

or else he scrolled thru stuff, stopped on several screens and media can't edit to save their lives, OR they specifically edited out anything that he "may" have shown from Aug 21 or prior to protect her. They report that he claims she texted him prior to her death (duh), but he shows Aug 23, and I have real good idea she wasn't texting anybody after Aug 21. Of course we haven't been told date/time of death, but I don't think she was living in somebody's garage until Aug 24. Oh, and snuck back home to retrieve her cell phone when mom wasn't looking and texted him about more parties.

After a good nights sleep so hopefully a fresher mind I looked through the cell messages again. I now believe baby has to be the GF or Gfs daughter? T I believe is someone that is texting to see if he knows anything, but if he only met her once why would anyone ask him that. Id say he spent alot more time with her and apparently T knew that. I also wonder if he showed that text because it puts her destination in little mexico instead of at his house.

I think it's great he talked so much to the media and prolly hung himself with his own words....saying something that LE have evidence to prove otherwise....and prolly more than once ...imo.

I went back and watched the videos and didn't specifically see any scratches. However it dawned on me that there was a good reason he wouldn't allow anything but that portion of this hand and forearm to be in the video after remembering the picture of him being escorted to court and the apparent burn or bite mark which was up closer to his elbow.

I was really hoping the camera would slip and show that upper part of his arm but it didn't happen... and for a good reason I'm sure.

I would assume they took pics of any marks sores tattoos etc...But alot of healing can happen in 6 days

Thank you.....wow...after reading that legal paper this guy has absolutely no respect for laws or really other people........they say that he was the leader of TS at that particular prison....that to me makes him one dangerous man....and to top it off he then snitched not once but twice on his fellow gang members, in my mind there is no way this guy could ever lead a normal everyday existence in society.....

and I know this sounds bad but him hanging around teenagers would have been a big ego boost.......I know what some teenagers are like.....like I said before some of the hispanic boys maybe in local gangs would idolize him and unfortunately teenage girls can have that "bad boy syndrome", I know I liked the bad boys at that age (but not this bad!!!)......i just think tho kids of that age are too naive to realize what type of dangerous lifestyle this guy has lived in....and what he may be capable of.....

Such a sad, heartbreaking case. I am sure the GF will testify against him to save herself from any possible conspiracy charges, so the prosecution has at least one "witness" lined up. What I really wonder about is the GF's children.

I am completely unfamiliar with how prosecution deals with potential witnesses under the age of 18. Do they take their testimony? Or do they not involve them at all? Please forgive my ignorance on this. I just got to thinking one of you might know.
