Can we get animal rescue, retirement projects, hospitals, community centers, job training & colleges, in on the act?

It just seems that the very specific area that LE wished to focus on is still banked by a host of private and communal groups, rather than defined land owners on site/focused on managing those sites.

real estate agents. Banks with foreclosed property. Local rotc groups. Rotary. Lions. Military. College students especially activists. Clubs. NRA members. Any local club of any kind‼️‼️

Talk to the editors of local newspapers and ask tv reporters to do a follow up story. The Kansas.com editors did an interesting piece on child protection. Call them and ask what they can do to help.

Do you mean a special flyer geared to these places,

JMO

Yes.

YES.

The idea is to get those types of locations looking.

My idea, is to get a very specific AREA fired up & noticing.

(I still think if all else fails they should let me go in there and burn one with her...have a little talk stoner to stoner...bring some cheetos...unconventional approach, I know; I do wish this could really happen...)

I can truly say that I think that could be a very productive discussion and I support your suggestion 100%. :happydance::rockon::yeahthat::highfive::cloud9:

Reminder:

Treat all members here with respect, but especially think long and hard before getting into an argument with a Verified Insider who is missing little Lucas more than all of us combined can imagine.

We are LUCKY to have FindLucasAllen here with us, posting.

Keep opinions about social media and its use in solving crimes or finding missing people to yourself. One thing I can say with certainty is that getting the word out about a missing child, through any means available, is never a bad thing. Whatever brings awareness to the public that a child is missing is a good thing.

This post lands at random.

Marking my spot......

My .02 is that EG may have had help disposing of little Lucas.
So many have searched and are continuing to look for him. It's like he vanished.
I have theories on who may have assisted her and also that he might be very far from where people are looking.

Interesting that T. Miller of Equusearch compared EG to CA. Similar personalities and motives ?? :maddening:

Would you mind posting your idea in the Flyers Thread? I don't know how to bring a post from one thread to the other...I'm still learning this stuff. There are lots of things going on there and I think it would be a good place for you to describe what you have in mind.

The Flyers Thread is here: https://www.websleuths.com/forums/showthread.php?367661-Flyers-for-Lucas-Hernandez/page24

I've wondered and wondered why LE checked Chisholm park at first and yet found nothing. Did Eg's phone ping there after 6:00 that Friday night? Did she tell Le she took the kids there that Friday evening or the next morning/afternoon? Why did they check there? Surely if she did something to Lucas she wouldn't just anti up where he is after saying he was taken or walked out of the home.
Why did they search there?

This has me scratching my head since the very beginning. Only parks were searched by LE in the beginning, and now, who knows?

I'm not sure if this has been suggested before. I apologize, if so.

The homeless are very smart. You may disagree until you walk a mile in their shoes. It's takes a tremendous amount of solid work to survive on the streets. Most think they are lazy and uninspired to belong to society. It is exactly the opposite. They are extremely functional in forming small communities. They are loyal to each other. I've followed different groups of the homeless into the underside of bridges, with each section of the underbridge divided into personal and designated living spaces, complete with clothing, food, toiletries, and medication. They are very protective of each other. I've walked with them onto their hidden paths into the rural woods, where a distinctive community shares the secrets of living for survival. A common thread is shared within their residence; survival with no or little money. Often daily shoppers of Dollar Stores and similar shops, they frequent daily the food pantries, kitchens and missions. My brother was one of their clan. He went missing at the exact time that Colton Clark disappeared. LE didn't deem my younger brother as a priority. Every time we posted a flyer of my brother, we also posted one of little Colton. Colt went missing in April 2006. It was the most excruciating experience of my life, the not knowing!; it developed into constant nightmares. The imagination under extreme distress is horrific. Finally, my three sisters, my cousin and I found my brother's body in August 2006 via clues provided by the homeless. They helped pass out flyers and were very helpful. We found him in the secluded and protected paths deep in the woods. Sadly, Colton was never found. I learned a valuable lesson about the homeless segment of society. They remain useful and proud people.

This is one of so many things nagging at me. One idea I've had is that similar to EG telling JH that she was going to OG, she messaged him to say that she was going to the park on Saturday. (Not that she was, but maybe she was busy cleaning or really did need that nap and used the park as an excuse for him not to call her.) If they found that on her phone and she had quit talking, at that point they couldn't ask her WHICH park, right? Does that make sense?

I was so far behind and now I've made it to the last page. Lol. I love coming back here and seeing that I have a bunch of pages to catch up on. It means people are talking. Yay! On top of that, there seemed to be some really good posts, some good information. Thank you all.

I did want to point out that WPD did mention Lucas during the press briefing this morning. It was at the very end and very very brief but he did say Lucas's name and wanted everyone to know that it is still an active investigation and gave the number for tips. Like I said, it was brief, but there.

I appreciate everyone here! The searchers, the thinkers, the researchers, the VI's, everyone! Lucas will be found soon!!! I feel like he will be!

LE probably pinged her in the general vicinity, they then looked to see where a body might be hidden and the park was a big ol glaring neon sign blinking "LOOK HERE."

The problem with using cell towers is that they don't give you a precise location, it only puts you in a general area. Unless things have changed the basic process works like this: you have cell towers A, B & C. Lets say each tower covers a 3 mile radius (not all towers do this, some only have one antennae where the signal spreads out in a fan pattern, the tower needs an antennae on each side to provide radial coverage). So what happens next is you draw a 3 mile circle around Tower A, another around Tower B and one around Tower C, where the circles intersect each other is where the person's phone is located. That area could be as small as a city block or as large as a square mile or so. Now lets say Tower A has a single antennae that spreads out in a fan pattern, the entire area covered by the fan where it intersects with the signals from Towers A & B now becomes the search area and that area could easily be between 4 & 6 square miles or more.

Fascinating websleuths link there.

After Baez revealed the "foolproof suffocation" search in his book, Phoenix attorney Isabel Humphrey requested and received a copy of the browsers' histories from the Sheriff's Office.

Baez's theory that George Anthony did the search while contemplating suicide "was as crazy as the nanny story," Humphrey told Local 6, referring to Casey Anthony's original claim that a babysitter had kidnapped Caylee.

She obtained the data in August and turned it over to John Goetz, a retired engineer and computer expert in Connecticut. The pair had become acquainted online while following and discussing the case through the amateur sleuthing web community, Webslueths.

Using free software available on the Internet since 2004, Goetz said it took him less than two hours to extract more than 35,000 records detailing the computer's online activities from 2004 until it was seized in July 2008.

"Once you have converted the Internet history records, it really doesn't take more than 15 to 20 minutes to look through the entire Internet history for June 16," said Humphrey. "And I would think if there was one day you would pick to look at, that would be the day."

Goetz and Humphrey homed in on June 16, 2008, and quickly discovered the misspelled search for "fool-proof suffication."

"It shows you a state of mind that was present on the actual afternoon it appears the child had died," Humphrey said. "So I think it would be important regardless of who it was making the searches, but in this case it's certainly important that it appears to be Casey Anthony herself."

What they found astounded them and left at least one crucial question unanswered: How could prosecutors have not used this at trial?

Searching for that answer, they turned the browser history files over to Local 6.

After authenticating the records and interviewing defense, prosecution and Sheriff's Office sources, it became clear: two citizen-investigators accomplished in less than three hours what an army of Orange County investigators and prosecutors failed to do in three years: uncover in detail what Casey Anthony was doing online the day Caylee died.

Of course, unbeknownst to investigators and prosecutors, it was also uncovered many months earlier by someone else: Jose Baez.

I sure hope that obtaining this kind of info has come a long way in 10 years. I can't believe they didn't just check CA's history but relied on searching for keywords to get yuckled up chloroform evidence and miss suffication(sic) completely.

Great info thank you!

Still in the forefront of my mind- This is a critical question.

Excellent explanation. I love playing with Venn diagrams. ;)
