I must have it turned off. No history on mine.
Mine had some days with exact details and other days with nothing.
I must have it turned off. No history on mine.
You know, I just wondered how exactly she plans to support herself long-term. Of course I'm hoping she's brought in before she gets too settled, but if does take approx. 2 months for everything to come in, who is feeding her and buying her deodorant and toothpaste? I can't see her cooped up with no life for too long.
Who will hire her? There may be some who would take a chance on her, but to what length? They won't want to risk losing business, and I'm sure it won't take long to wear out her welcome even if hidden in back office somewhere.
Will she couch-surf all day every day, using up all the hot water and eating all the food? Will she have to be told multiple times not to do drugs in the house or bring "dates" home?
She can't really ask for child support and would be lucky if she's not required to pay for MH and her boys-- do you think she'll reclaim her stepmom title over live-in girlfriend in order to fight for a form of spousal support? She did take care of her "baby boy" "every day" after all.
I would bet she's thinking more about how she can return to a lifestyle she became accustomed more than she's thinking about Lucas or the kind of trouble she's in--and no way she's thinking she did it to herself.

My bet is the same people who enabled her her whole life, and kept enabling her through Lucas’ abuse and ultimate death, will continue to enable her now.
Their enabling is why Lucas is dead. I hope they realize that. And I hope they are reading this now.

Per court records order for child support was made for both JH and EG for baby M[/QUOTE
I hate these cases. She’ll never pay for any of her kids. And JH PROBABLY WILL. AFTER HE CRASHES AND Burns.
Interesting. Mine just says no visited places for all of the days I looked at and I’ve definitely used google maps this week.
Maybe they'll garnish her prison wages in the not-to-distant future?!I don't see her complying with child support -- it would have to be garnished. In order for that to happen, she would have to work. I don't see it.

Misty Cox, spokeswoman for Jonathan Hernandez and Jamie Taylor, gave a statement saying the family “has been overwhelmed” with requests for interviews and comments. “While the majority of it has come from good places and well wishes, which the family is so touched by and appreciative of, the intense scrutiny has made it difficult for them to grieve Lucas and prepare to say goodbye to him,” Cox said.Marking my spot! Haven't been on because we just arrived yesterday to South Carolina for vacation. Trying to keep up to date. Can someone fill me in on who Misty is and what happened there?

I don’t know if they can. It certainly would not be worth the paper to do so. I don’t recall that she’s ever held a job except being kept and perhaps dealer. There may have been some bartering for services rendered.
Perhaps if she had the ambition to accessorize her newly recognized low end line of “TRAILER TRASH SAMSONITE” she could sell it and make a few bucks. She’s certainly marketed it every chance she had carrying it in and out ot if Sedgwick County facilities. If she got a bit creative with it, added some color, perhaps she could sell it to every inmate checking out of the County resort.
If successful she could add some class to the wardrobe the county provides. A cut here a snip there the possibilities are endless.
But as a 26 yo studying nursing she could finish the certificate she probably never started. She’ll never get there now no one would trust her to care for anything or handle meds.
And I apologize for my snark. This woman’s done nothing but use drugs, live off men and irresponsibly brought kids into a toxic environment. The house on Edgemoor was probably the best shed she had ever called home. And that too was handed to her.
I never used drugs, but I overcame abuse, and worked hard to provide the best life and opportunities for my kids. I remodeled my first house with the help of my dad. And that’s who gave me my work ethic.
Living in Alaska is tough. Yup I had a cushy office job but I earned it. we also had a commercial salmon boat I worked for years. We never stopped. I broke the abuse cycle and my kids and grandkids now work our boat. I had to stop. My back forced me to. I’m proud of our family.
So now Ms Emily Glass, after negatively decimating every living thing around her, is faced with a future of few good choices. Every single one she earned and deserves.

Lucas Hernandez's parents ask for privacy while they mourn, spokeswoman says
My ex used to claim he would put a gun in his mouth before he ever went to prison for pedophilia. This was 2 yrs before he began assaulting our daughter. I was so angry that I prayed he WOULD put that gun in his mouth before trial so my daughter wouldn’t have to take the stand at 13yrs and give details of the assault to a jury of total strangers. That’s a hard time to talk about normal sex with your mother so I can only imagine what it must have been like to do so in front of strangers for her. But then I realized that would be WAY too easy a punishment or escape. He deserves to LIVE with what he’s done. To suffer every minute of his sentence, knowing what a disgusting peace of flesh he is.
I do hope she doesn’t die by her own hand or accidentally. She deserves to be locked up, in the place she fears so much in that interview, to die before would not feel like the justice Lucas and his family deserve. MOO
Is EG a convicted felon -- or was her a prior a misdemeanor?
Horror & tnith both referenced EG's "status"-- the people EG needs don't want to take the risk being associated with her. While I believe she's fully capable of using every tool in the shed to convince them to help her, she'll have to actually do the work. She will have to be denied by several before she can sort through enough of them to find new "friends" ripe for the picking. I see her become frustrated and trying to take off before then -- you know, fresh start and all that.
While I hope I'm not wrong and her boys are being kept safe with extra monitoring, I wouldn't put it past her to split on them too -- I'm still not convinced that she ever wanted to be more than a part-time mom and any efforts to get more custody was working toward lowering or eliminating child support and taking some power away from the ex. If she did attempt to take them, I would be extremely worried about their safety because it will never be about them or how she feels about them.
