There's a livestock auction house here in El Dorado and I have family that know one of the owners. I'm going to see if they can get ahold of them to get the word out to rural land owners.

How about an email campaign with the flyers? Would they be able to do that to reach people on their email lists?

I honestly hate to critique this, especially since you are doing this on your own time, out of the kindness of your heart, but there have been flyers circulated regarding Lucas and his disappearance has been on the TV, in newspapers, on the radio. If the goal is to reach farmers/landowners to check out buildings, sheds, land, etc, that's what needs to set THIS flyer apart from others. The focus should be on that information. As it is, the focus is on him/his photo and that he is missing and the parts about checking land, sheds etc is small, towards the bottom and might be easily overlooked.
JMO and I really hope my suggestion/observation isn't coming off rudely.....I think it's awesome so many people are searching, mapping, making flyers, appealing to the public etc.

ETA: maybe something as simple as highlighting the text that asks farmers/landowners to check their land, farms, buildings would make that part more noticeable/more emphasized.

A simple fix would be to place the message at the top, and the photo at the bottom of the page.

Thank you to everyone searching and putting together posters to find Lucas. I am in awe of your superpowers!!! No kid should be left behind.

IMO I believe something happened in the house (reason for no abduction, reminds of Danielle Stislicki missing -floor boards removed and think she is no longer with us). <modsnip> then panicked and then hastily got rid of the poor sweet boy, Lucas. I feel he is in the area. I don't think she had help from another person. Hoping today is the day Lucas is found.

Forgive me if it's already been suggested, but churches reach a large audience as well.

We’ve done this is other cases (usually in smaller communities) and most were willing to help.

What about gas station and convenience stores. Some will let flyers be put in the windows. Of course a lot of people pay at the pump so may not work.

Thanks...can you help me find the fastest route without the turnpike cameras?

From what I've heard, there are only camera on the ktag lane. You can hop on the turnpike at kellogg, 96, and andover. The turnpike has a speed limit of 75 but you can drive much faster. The north exit at Eldorado is at the lake. That part of the lake is primitive and although someone may be at the gate they won't stop you at night. There are very few people out there at night this time of year. I was out there a few days ago when it was nice out and there are lots of people out there now.

Couple things.

Im just about convinced little Lucas had gone missing after Feb 11 and EG had an extraordinary amount of time to destroy any evidence and hide it well. That’s about a week. My only issue with that is a scent animal would have picked up evidence of Lucas scent. Which begs a separate question there are dogs out there that can track scent in moving vehicles.

I also am am curious if the man seen in her driveway could have given her assistance so she could not be tracked with evidence disposal.

LE might try to put an undercover in EG’s pod to see if she’s talking to anyone. Because I believe in our system, she’s innocent until proven guilty, but I also have a gut that indicates otherwise. Lucas didn’t walk out or simply disappear. It will take one person with a conscience to solve this sad mystery.

And and I would imagine LE HAS ABOUT EVERYTHING they need off her phone. I’m not sure they need a warrant to get info out of GPS or black box in her car. The laws are light years behind electronic/digital technology.

I ALSO FIND IT DIFFICULT TO ACCEOT THAT SHE HASNT CONFIDED IN AT LEAST ONE OTHER PERSON.

She will make an error and she will be caught.
We have been given a tighter time frame to focus on. We are looking for EGs activity during the dark hours of Feb16-17.

But wasn't the timeline of EG leaving her daughter in harms way on the 16th during the daytime? So, does that mean they think she harmed Lucas in her daughters presence, then took him somewhere in the middle of the night?

I agree. I can't even be part of those groups. It's all just a bunch of gossip and trash talk.

Anyway... is there a way to make it to where people CAN'T post in FB groups? Like... if someone does, they get a TO or something?

I didn't even know there were FB groups for cases until I saw it mentioned in WS last year. I was very enthusiastic about joining all the ones I was following here and WHOOO BOY, I quickly Unjoined them...way too much drama and arguing.
I now only belong to 2 small groups for Abby and Libby. These groups are small and have family members and friend of girls in them.
Other than those 2 groups, I have you all here at WS and that's how I Like it LOL

What is great about this poster is that it doesn't use a lot of ink. So it is easy to reproduce. Plus asking farmers/landowners to check their buildings etc., in my opinion, is a big plus. I like it!

Yes, the endangerment charge is from 4-6 PM on the 16th. We were asked to focus on that time up until Lucas was reported missing.

That is really all we know- the rest is speculation.

Post offices, too! Ours has flyers not only locally, but kids from around the country as well.

I've seen these types of flyers posted on special boards inside the entrances to every Walmart I've visited.
 may be worth checking if it hasn't already been done

This particular user knows a lot about the El Dorado/El Dorado Lake Area. If you have questions, I vouch for this user.

If you vouch for her, then that's good enough for me. Welcome, Kim6482, and thank you for all of your help!

Folks, no more FB groups talk, please. That's why this thread was closed last night and into this morning.

We don't know if dogs hit on any scents? Maybe I missed something. Were dogs used in the home? In her car? If not then she must have had help or wherever she went with the kids something happened to Lucas and this was the same timing EG put her daughter in harms way. Maybe she just took him (alive) somewhere (with her daughter in tow) and did something to him outside of her car or home so his scent wouldn't show up. If this is the case then that would seem premeditated. But then I would think LE would give us a description of her car to ask if anyone recognizes it on a date during these hours.
