I'm no anthropologist but I think there is a difference between looking Native American and being Native American.
could be her, I can't say but there must have been something about the remains that cause them to classify her as Native American to the exclusion of other groups.
I just mentioned this on a different thread yesterday. They can tell Native American ancestry from the shapes of the posterior side of their upper front teeth
Shovel Shaped Incisors, indicative of East Asian and Native American ethnicity.
