I also hope she wasn't aware. Even if there were hints of some kind of trouble...I wonder if we would be prepared to accept something so heinous...Who ever thinks that the person they married, had babies with, who took care of them, when so sick...Could do this horrific crime to a baby?

If she were aware, I too, would have a difficult time feeling so much sympathy for her. My heart breaks for both families...But the Doolins...I don't know how they can ever recover from something so horrible..

Pretty much no one, that's who. And I can't even imagine being in the position to have to tell my heart and my head it's true. Because then you have to run the gamut of self-blame and ask yourself why you didn't see it, notice things, or how you could be so easily fooled. Not that it's the wife's fault in ANY way, but it's a natural reaction a spouse would have.

I always wish that the perpetrator feels deep regret and experiences emotional pain for what they've done, but they never seem to. If anything at all, I hope that he's coming to the realization that he's destroyed two families here, the Doolin's and his own.

I can't see the daughter rolling her eyes in the interview at all? I just see her look at the interviewer, and then at her mom.

Timothy Madden has been brought into the court room for a preliminary hearing in Allen County.

Attorney Travis Lock is asking to have the court hearing delayed due to new information he just received today.

Timothy Madden's preliminary hearing around 2 PM will most likely include testimony from a KSP detective describing crime and arrest.

Attorney Travis Lock says he received a DNA report around Noon Wednesday he hadn't seen before.

Jake Boswell ‏@JakeWBKO 1m1 minute ago
He says the DNA report was time stamped on November 20, the day that Madden was arrested.

I can only opine that means one of three things, either:
a) there's someone else's DNA found that shouldn't have been there if TM is the killer
b) TM's DNA is what was found and produced in this report;
c) there is no real relationship between the DNA report and wanting a delay, but he used it as a tool to delay

RIP sweet Gabbi

So we are thinking the scheduled hearing was pushed back due to the DNA report that was just now given to the defense?

What does "time stamped" mean? Is that the time stamp from the court clerk's office or the time stamp from the lab, or the time stamp from LE when the report was entered in the case file, or what?

I took it as the report itself was timestamped November 20, so from the lab. If it had been filed with the clerk's office as evidence the defense attorney would have had a copy by now. But I'm just guessing.

It's confusing. If the time stamp is from the lab, does that mean that's when the lab received the DNA for testing? If that's the case, then is it just coincidence that TM was arrested that same date? Or, if the time stamp is from the lab, is that when the test results were completed and based on that report an arrest warrant was issued for TM?

ETA: Prior to TM being arrested on the 20th, according to his FIL, LE was driving up and down the street for several hours that morning. Maybe LE was waiting for this report before the warrant for his arrest could be issued.

"Timothy Madden appeared before a judge in the Allen County Courthouse Wednesday afternoon. His hands and feet were in shackles as he was escorted into the courtroom by deputies.

The defense attorney asked for more time to review evidence just provided by prosecutors earlier in the day. He told the judge he had subpoenaed two individuals to provide video evidence in the case. It was not clear what those videos contained."

Hopefully it is DNA evidence that is 100% conclusive that TM is the only possible monster that tortured and killed Gabbi. And he will advise his client to plead guilty. And TM will be sentenced to never see the light of day and be in General Population where other inmates hate child molesters. TM will find out very quickly how that feels... IMO, JMV

The subpoenas might be for videos that were taken some time during the game that night.
