I'm about 2, maybe 2.5 hours north of Scottsville and I just had a couple women come in talking about the arrest. One of them was a family friend and I was kind of surprised to hear them talking about it. They haven't said whether they think he's the sole perpetrator yet have they?

They haven't said much, really. They've said it's an ongoing investigation, which doesn't mean much. I think that's petty much said in every high profile crime and arrest.

He says something at the end about a "house" but I can't tell exactly what he says. It sounds like he may be saying he had dropped her off at her house. Can anyone else hear what he says?

I believe he said "I'm sorry for their loss, but I'm innocent." That's what was reported in a link up in the thread.

One of the first locations visited the night of Gabby's death was on Mt. Carmel Church Road and there are some interesting individuals who live there. I think the fact LE mentioned that road has caused much rumor to circulate. Sometimes rumors turn into truths but we just have to wait. The waiting is a hardest part....

Someone up thread posted that Mr. Madden was sitting with the Doolin family at the game. Where did that information come from? I apologize if that has been verified via link. I may have missed it. Normally use my tablet but only have my phone now.

UPDATE: Scottsville man arrested for murder of Gabriella Doolin; suspect went to high school with victim's father

Madden was arrested in Allen County in March of 2013 for theft by unlawful taking and theft of a credit/debit card.

Also says he is being held on $1 million dollar bond. Already?

The source also said Madden was sitting near the Doolin family at the football game last Saturday night.
Trooper Eaton later confirmed to the radio station KTSA that Madden knew the girl's family.

I agree with you...."A budding sex offender" that went from 0 to blast-off in the flash of a second...I think there must have been a lot of anger to commit this crime. It
feels impulsive and sloppy, committed by someone with an evil, angry, immature brain....And covered up with some help from one or more others. I would really guess someone close to this perp. must have been suspicious.

Nooooo......Why are they bringing him here to our town? They brought Anthony Barbour here too instead of to Monroe County. Maybe we have a bigger jail or maybe they think it's more secure. But we sure don't want him here!
