My thoughts on Shadow's impersonation charges are that she may have actually made a fake account to try to get info about the people stalking and harassing her. She should have just withdrawn from SM, stayed quiet and fought it in court but that's not her personalty, imo. The website with the mugshots has a button that says if that is you then you can request they remove it. But she didn't take that option. She wanted to tell her side, imo.

I think those are Shadow defending herself, JMO. I'm up in the air about some of the other things though. Like the pinterest account that has the situation with her ex as her profile description. That account uses Harley in the user name and Shadow's old fb said someone was impersonation her using the name Harley McClaine on fb.

But yet this account clearly has some of her family members liking her posts and it too has the name Harley in it, Harley527, so I would think this link is legit, imoo.

Interesting looking through her posts. She posted that 42 weeks ago. Then the next post I see was posted 24 weeks ago saying
"Idk what's new with me? Let me know Google, ha!"
I wonder if the gap in time was when she was deployed? If not, she kept silent for a long time on that account.

Yes, I think that is real and someone picked up on the Harley reference and used it against her.

Why is it the only person replying to any of her posts on Google Plus is "Kosh the Ripper" --who is that person? Her boyfriend? A gaming friend?

So are you saying she didn't post anything because she was legally not allowed to? But she posted other things that were just mundane work things and complaining about her period after that. For 18 weeks or about 4.5 months she didn't post to Google Plus, then she started up again. Do her other SM posts have this gap as well or did she just stop using Google Plus for a while? Or could she have deleted things that were posted during that time period of 18 weeks?

Yes, I saw a post somewhere else from Shadow about going to Dave and Busters with her boyfriend. I don't remember where it was posted or when she posted it but I looked up Dave and Busters and there is not one in Clarksville. She had to have gone to the one in Nashville.

Thanks Treelights. She went to Nashville often enough I think that's why her car was left there. I think someone left it there so people would think she ran away. But I guess we could also see it as showing she left on her own...sigh...I hate to ask, but if someone living in Clarksville wanted to catch a train or bus to California would they have to drive to Nashville?

That site says her next court date is Oct 18, 2016 at 1:45 PM. They have granted continuances so far for her missed court dates. On Oct 28, 2016 it says there is a "Diversion Set for Dismissal" hearing with a Special Judge and it's Off Docket. Anyone know what this means? Will her charges be dismissed if she doesn't appear Oct 28?

The hearings ( Veterans Court review) are off docket now since September 13 and a final hearing on final forfeiture on April 20, 2017.

My guess is dismissal from veterans treatment court due to no shows. So in my opinion i would think that she had a deal that meant she got a diversion if she completed vtc and by notattending court that deal is void.
