Right. That's why I believe they have a lot of evidence that they are developing to use against him.

HER PHONE was found in his private vehicle !! "Would you like to explain that to us, Mr. Hicks ??"

This case is a no-brainer, other than trying to figure out where he put her. Something tells me with all of the phone pings, they'll figure that one out pretty soon as well. Thank the Lord for really dumb, technology ignorant killers, and the people that hunt them down.
I think they'll most likely find her in the next few days, and she's not going to be in the best of shape when they do. She's leaving 3 kids behind because of one useless, jealous, psychotic *advertiser censored* that's been playing the judges and prosecutors for most of his adult life.

What would've ever made her think going anywhere with him was a good idea, is beyond me, but I remember when I was 30 years old....invincible....willing to give second chances, willing to play around with drugs and stuff......especially FREE drugs and stuff..... enough said.

Like I posted above, if he picked her up at 7:30 & was at Speedway at 9, he had 1.5hr. I think LE can rule out subdivisions from areas to search, that leaves farm land & industrial dumpsters.

New here: Is there a rule against accusing someone before the police officially file charges? Bc I feel pretty ready to accuse someone...

I think I've already beaten you to it. And yes, there are rules against it. You are correct. In my manic frenzy over the arrest on other charges, and her phone in his vehicle, I let it all out. Should probably turn myself in now.

Oh, and welcome to WS! We are happy to have you here. (Don't follow me, as I am a bad example!)

MOO People are very hesitant to believe someone they know is capable of something like this. Even in abusive relationships, they are able to compartmentalize and excuse the behavior.

I think it's safe to accuse the obvious person.....................even the cops have said he's been arrested and tied to her disappearance.

I def agree with your opinion on his innocence, I was just checking for rules on the forum. Believe me, my FB page is covered with things about this man that would def break some rules around here.

To anyone who cares to answer: Is there also a rule against bringing up names and info that have not been brought up first by reporters and police? We all saw the crazy comments on her FB by this guy way before his name was ever mentioned, but no one said it... I suspected there was a rule that prevented it.

I'm most likely not the right person to ask about what is okay and not okay to post. I've been a very casual poster on Weblseuths for many year now, mainly just reading and observing, rarely commenting. I've had a few life changes lately that have let me spend more time on this site, I'm trying to learn how to do maps, because I know how much it helps me to see them. I'm a novice, and probably have a lot to learn. My advice would be to ask the question again, and then flag your own post and wait for a response, although I realize that waiting for a response that may or may not come is pretty frustrating.

Okay, if JH left the trailer park turning right & right onto the bypass, an ideal area to stop & the first good pull off place imo is Carley Court, do you agree?

Idk if you meant to ask me directly, but I have no clue. I live here, but new-ish to the area. I used that road by the trailer park to drive to Lexington every day for work for about 6 months, but couldnt tell you a thing about any stops on the way.

Aha, you took a Georgetown Road (US25), it is confusing, people in Lex call it Lexington Road.

Another thing I wanted to mention, a lot of posts mention the sleeper area of JH semi truck. I personally don’t think all of Phoenix’s fleet are equipped with a sleep quarter. For local runs, I doubt they’d assign that type truck to a driver.
I see their trucks all day long, some are new, some much older. Moo

There is a rule against it. Can't sleuth them until they are named by LE or by the media reporting that LE named them as being the suspect, person of interest, or actually charged.
