Moo but these two that were approached would be extremely easy to verify. Sheila Nand states that the manager of the club was even witness to part of the desperate ploy that MAS continued in even involving the manager at one point that Nand felt was just another manipulation in attempts to gain Nands trust bychatting it up with the manager..

LE absolutely have already verified these other propositions that were made by these two that night..that i am certain.jmo.

Pure conjecture, but maybe Nand kept her mouth shut until the suspects were apprehended. Maybe she was scared of the repercussions if TCS and MAS were still at large.

He went back to NC in Feb 2006, IIRC. I might have seen it in NC criminal records or an RSO-watch forum. It came up in a google search.

He was missing for a year, nabbed on a tip in San Diego in Jan/Feb 06. I posted that somewhere, probably in the second thread. I'll look for it when my eyes are rested.

He was in Pennsylvania in September 2009. I paid attention to that because I live in Pennsylvania.

I've not seen dates mentioned of when TS was in PA (continue reading).
In the article I linked, they print that TS fled to SD in 2005 and was picked up there in 2009. It reads as if he had been there for three plus years or so straight without a break.

His prison record shows he was incarcerated June 2006 - January 2009. Therefore he could have been in PA in 2006 without a conflict during the first half of the year (other than if you believe what is printed in that article).

Point being, we can't trust the articles. We can't take what's in them for being fact. Obviously the facts aren't being checked/considered when these articles are published.

LE spoke with both women. I think it was honorable for them to come forward in the media, as there is a stigma attached to being a dancer.

Tell me about it. That's why I was hesitant to admit I was a dancer for 10 years. People look at me differently when they know that.

I have a question for you. I've recently heard about another dancer that died sometime between Hillary and Jaren. Her name was Constance, do you know if her death was suspicious?

That name doesn't ring a bell. Was that her stage name? And did she work at Temptation's?

I'm wondering if she was put in at Buccaneer State Park (which is west of BSL)... does anyone know if they would have been able to access that location late at night and what access they would have had to the Gulf from there??

I'm thinking though :waitasec: if she was put in in that area ... why would LE be looking for a weapon around LB pier?? Would whatever cutting tool they used drifted that direction? I figured it would just sink into the sand right where it was thrown in (assuming the weapon was thrown into the water there).

My theory is that they had access to a boat out of Bayou Caddy by the Silver Slipper Casino. Lots of fishing, shrimping and crab boats back there.

I am ex LE, I went for my Oral Boards, they asked me a queston..ugh. "Have you ever done anything illegal and not been caught". I answered honestly, thought they were going to fall off the chair...lol. (figured oh well, would have been a nice job).

Seriously, I saw an LE spokesperson's quote in an article. As in the person was speaking and his words were transcribed. Maybe it doesn't exist anymore, so I'll let it go. But I will always know I saw it.

Yes - the article has been changed. I Copied word for word the entire section about the video when I posted it here. Obviously the reporter either jumped the gun or just wrote it incorrectly and then changed it later. I think a few of us have mentioned that unfortunately our media coverage sucks royally it seems and they keep changing stories after the fact. blah! Sorry that I caused confusion with that story - I definitely quoted it exactly when I posted it - I wish the media had to put times tamps on things with reasons why they edited it. *laugh*

I only saw the one, and she wasn't what I would call attractive. BUT... if she had said yes, she'd be dead right now, not JL, IMO.

I am not sure 100% that the murder was premeditated. I think they wanted to find a girl to party with and have sex with, and to lure her away, they made up the story about $ for an afterparty. But I think that if the girl had just complied, and partied, had sex with them and not complained, she might have lived. JMO But I think Jaren really expected to dance agt a party, and wanted that extra money she was promised. And things went sideways when she found it was all a big lie.

“We know that the suspects, particularly the female (Sanchez), tried to recruit a couple other girls before Jaren,” Grannan said. “We believe she (Lockhart) accepted after the others declined, and it went from there.”

With them only wanting to talk about the weather, I'm thinking that this may be instructions. May be supporting the idea that there is a third party.

Sure sounds like there is still potential for TS acting as a middle man. I don't know what to think at this point.

I agree. I believe they have some connection here near the BSL, Waveland, Lakeshore area. I suspect they know somebody in this area. Possibly someone with access to a boat. They may have told JL the 'party' was down here on the coast.

Wow.... potentially other suspects, and both talking about the weather sounds like someone else was involved and MS and TS had what they were going to say or not say rehearsed. I sure hope they have something to go on soon, I dont want this to wind up being like my friends murder, we know who did it but can't prove it.

I think there is a post here someplace...LE said there is a man with that name in one of the towns he lived in and he may have stolen his ID...so he did not make up the name, apparently...
